Alright, the reason why you're not on the top is firstly, since some people get more votes processed due to or by using a glitch, which we're all still trying to figure out. The reason why your name might not be in the list even though there are other people who voted the same amount on the list, is as the list is randomised by Enjin. If you keep refreshing the page, you might see your name by chanxe, so yeah. :I

 

I've noticed that there is a reset around 6:00pm central standard time, (which just so happens to be UTC -6). It lists everyone who has tied votes based on most recent vote. As of the time of this posting, I'm listed as 4th. That's just because the three above me voted right before I did. And I did it right at around 6:01 pm.

As far as exceeding the maximum number of votes normally allowed , I'm clueless. You could always ask NERD_SPONGEBOB , he seems to have 33 votes this month between the two vote sites, according to votesb.com. 33/2=16.5? I thought today was the 12th?
