• Why do you think you should be unbanned?: I believe I should be unbanned because I will never do this again now that I am aware you can be banned for it. And I really enjoy playing on this server and have never done anything wrong or against the rules on this server other than selling ingame items for money, which I had no idea was a rule. It's Cyp's ban and only he can deal with it. Bear in mind that it may be hard to reverse the damage done

This is getting ridiculous I have been waiting for a month and a half can a mod please contact Cyp directly over skype or ingame and inform him about my appeal. I really want to get back and play this server more than anything.

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking over this appeal, due to cyp being busy with his new server etc.

I guess I wasn't really thinking when I did, I guess I thought if I was happy and the person I traded with was happy that it was ok, I just assumed that there was nothing wrong with the trade considering that I didn't notice our find it in the skyblock rules.

the mojang rule is a different matter, I have never read the mojang rules but I assume the rule is in the terms and conditions which I would have agreed to reading when I payed for my account I'm assuming.

To recap I was unaware of the rule because when I read the skyblock rules I didn't notice it and I didn't read the terms and conditions when I bought minecraft.

I would like to admit that I was told that it was illegal, but I just dismissed it because it wasn't in the rules.

 

It is not allowed to "make money" off any of mojangs games as stated in their terms and conditions and it is a ban able offence on skyblock unless you are directly upgrading another player on buycraft.
