I have been banned for a chargeback on a donation, but I have never donated to the server. I don't know if this is some kind of glitch but I hope that you could get it solved soon please.

You have three days to fulfill this requirement. Failure to correct the format will result in the appeal being automatically denied.

8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think that this is an error or a mistake, I believe I should be unbanned because I have done nothing wrong to anyone and I would just like to be unbanned so i can continue playing on the server.
