This is a revised copy of my earlier thread as requested by Krissy_Punk. I make this thread with CypriotMerks approval as can be seen here, so please, moderators, I ask that you please don't remove it. The time has come to say goodbye. Although I was weening myself off the server lately, it has come to a premature end in extraordinary circumstances. I have played on this server for over two years now and made many friends. I had built up a considerable sum of rares and valuables and believe that I was a well respected member of the skyblock community. So that everyone is clear, the reason I was banned was for making this comment. "The problem is at the top with Cypriot though, he allows it to happen. With him there, skyblock is definitely dying." This comment was not made in the public forum but in a private chat I was having with a friend. It turns out that there are no private chats on this forum. I stand by this comment and it is brought about by Cypriots actions or rather lack of action on issues rising from this thread. http://www.skyblock.net/threads/offensive-structure.63538/ ImTrickyHD, the guy who created the thread was banned as a result of doing nothing more than trying to have Cypriot enforce the very rules he sets out for everyone except him and his friends. In doing so much offensive actions were made by Cypriots friend against ImTrickyHD with Cypriots full backing. ImTrickyHD is also my flatmate and responsible for a recent thread that was posted titled “SkyBlock is officially a dictatorship!!” which some of you may have seen. This thread has since been removed. Due to my sharing an IP address with ImTrickyHD, Cypriot has made it know that I have no chance of appeal. Given this I had decided to have a drop party hosted by a friend of mine where I had planned to drop all my items that you will see in this video and much more (excluding the illegal to trade items) Unfortunately I discussed this drop party in private chat where CypriotMerks was able to read it. What happened next was that Cypriots friend went to my island and stole all the items, I have it on good authority that he has admitted to this. Once this was done my skyblock was reset leaving nothing but a new island. In addition to the items seen in the video, there were many other things, over 100 DC’s of stone, my stone generator consisting of 550 pistons, 5 DC’s of obsidian, 20 horses and much, much more. If these Item’s were to be bought at the rates on www.shop.skyblock.net they would total well over $1500.00. The only reason I can see for Cypriot doing this would be to remove them from the economy before the drop party could take place. He’s made it clear that I was never coming back so taking them didn’t further inconvenience me. In ensuring this drop party didn’t go forward he took these items, not from me, but he took them from you , the Skyblock community. Let’s face it, that much grass, diamonds, spawners, iron, etc would have meant that that much less that would have been spent in the skyblock shop, perhaps even fewer votes for the server due to such an influx of grass. Lol, for one, I didn't actually take the items. It was a joke to Blaq. Also, since you decided to live on Tricky's little "reign of terror", or what he may be calling it, I'll let you in on this. Cypriot didn't add that rule about the inappropriate builds, I could care less about what mod did, not pointing them out. Mods can modify that thread, but overall, the admins decision is the admins decision. If a p***s honestly offends you, there's something wrong with you. As for the rule being broken, I could care less what some older male thinks about the blocks that are shaped like a p***s on my island. And also, the ban on Tricky was partially for participating in griefing (tping people to his island, only to place the signs AFTER I log on, and changing his "come look" message when he notices me on). See, the funny thing is, when people decide to go as far as to bs their way through something to make someone else seem "bad" due to lack of publicity with their doings, they're not cared for, and honestly, I could care less what the community thinks about me, as in the end, nothing's changed, I'm still me, and my island's still there. As for Cyp, nothing's going to change how my island has things like that. Nor do I even doubt that rule will stay in place, as it's not even anywhere near the builders fault if he finds amusement in building a bunch of p***s's on his private island. You don't like it, leave. Get over it (you can tell Tricky that). And given the alts you made. It's just hilarious how you decided to live on his fate over some bs that happened ages ago. Oh and by the way, as I said, I didn't take the items, as I don't need them. That was already made fully aware to blaq, but he apparently refused to tell you that. ANDDDD also. It's also funny how even in a mods scenario where he gets demoted for "speaking his mind", disrespect is still disrespect. Your opinion or not, you're not invincible because you say it's your opinion, of course it's your opinion. People call "abuse" on a ban for disrespect for things like this because they honestly just get pissed off that they got banned for stating their mind, while completely losing track of what they just said, especially when it comes off as horribly offensive/rude. Targeting the servers admin isn't the smartest way to go about talking behind someones back, ever try actually saying "HEY HERES SOME CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM" not "YOU'RE A BAD ADMIN GTFO SERVER DYING WITH U HERE FGT". If I said that regarding the comments that got me banned, would it be believed? Terrick, you have failed to see that I am not Tricky and he is not me, I am banned because it would seem that Cypriot couldn't see that either. Most of your post is in regard to nothing i did or had control over. As for your island, I was next to it for a day, i asked you to removed the p***ses, you said no, i left. My getting upset with the handling of Tricky had nothing to do with you. Apart from this alt I haven't made any other accounts. I truly don't think it's worth that much effort. Again, that's Tricky not me. I've told him to quit it as all his s@%t is just causing grief for me. That's one hell of a twist on what i said Terrick. I apologized to Cypriot for what i said. A sincere apology that in most cases would be made in an appeal thread, and possibly result in being unbanned. But it's been made clear that I have no chance of appeal and my island and all my items were removed because of an association I have with my flat mate, an association that I have little control over and can hardly just walk away from.
Sorry Terrick, i just have to point this out as you've said it a few times now, not to have a dig at you, but just to make you aware. You keep saying "you could care less", which implies you care. I think the phrase you are looking for is "I couldn't care less"
Dude. Calm down, there might not be a rule about inappropriate structures, but there most certianly is a rule with insults, like the one you stated "If a p***s honestly offends you, there's something wrong with you." its ok, if it offends him, it offends him. As for the stuff on your island, that had everything to do with what I said, which confuses me as to why you chose to quote that little bit. One does not simply joke about such matters. You wouldn't walk into an airport and claim "oh by the way, I have a bomb", then say it was a joke. There was no indication that the message you sent me is a joke. As such, it is my firm belief that you were not joking at the time, and that you are fully responsible, either in person or proxy, for the disappearance of the island and the items.
Because that totally makes the difference when the "guard" taking care of the supposed bomb carrier is fully aware of the joke, and alerts all other guards of the pranks manner. You're comparing a joke on a mc server to a joke that can cost peoples lives. Don't try that. And "I griefed every single block and replaced it with a starter island" wasn't an indication towards a joke? Nor the missing logs? You must be joking.
Guys, This was a farewell thread, not a debate thread. Although I'm not the owner of the thread, I'm sure many will agree this thread should be locked. Terrick or since Cyp responded CypriotMerks, please do the honors of locking this, you can continue this in pm.
