    Can't really help out, but I hope this gets resolved...In the worst case scenario, I'm willing to refund a few diamonds...not that I think it'd help much. :I

    Yea, i wish i could help you... Its in the hands of the moderators they'll take care of you :) It is possibly a glitch or some lag just took it.

    Hope this gets resolved.

    Every situation is different, having screenshots of an enderchest containing the items isn't the only thing that we look at when deciding how to deal with the case. Among other things the players reputation and recent years are considered.
