Hello, many of you should know me by now, my ign is Rockerz53, and I'd like to say a few things about this community. First off, before I start, I should warn you that some people could/will be offended by my rude. heartless statement. Or as you would perceive is as. Now, let us begin. I have noticed that many popular members "suffer" from "disorders," as a matter of fact, many people suffer from them. I find that suspicious. I feel people are trying to make up a life for themselves, something dramatic like (heres a list) 1. Bi-polar disorder 2. OCD 3. Introvert-like perceptions 4. etc, etc. Now, I'm going to say that there are people who have actually gone through REAL hardships, for example Dewmellon she is a great example. She is an amazing person who has actually fought through actual hardships, I'm surprised she surpassed that kind of pressure, (Give an applause for her ;D ). Anyways, there are many people who say they suffer from these disorders, and let me say, this is a place for you to be who you are, not pretend to be some emotional, inspirational idol. It's all a call for attention. Many people just want to seem noticed and gazed upon as a person who has suffered. Now, I have said in the past I have anger issues, and I will admit I exaggerate these issues, I am an actual introvert as well. Which brings me to my next point. WARNING: THE NEXT THINGS I SAY WILL CONTAIN LANGUAGE AND AN ARGUABLE OPINION I'm going to put the rest in spoilers.
Eh, I don't really agree with this. Some people can be very different over the internet complared to in real life. Don't get me wrong, I do see players constantly complaining just for the attention. The old "I'm ugly" just to be called pretty trick gets old relatively quick. However, some of us have gone through hardships that others don't know about. Sometimes it makes us uncomfortable to speak about. It doesn't have to be just one huge thing to impact someones life, leading them to have these disorders. It can be multiple let-downs, or some of us are just born with it. Which kind of leads me to ask the question of who are you to judge whether some players have disorders, and who doesn't? No disrespect intended.
I'm sorry to say this, but HEX NAH! If your gonna make fun of others disorders like my mild autism. Then GTFO! *please*
I only specifically mentioned one example from proof. I also did not mention anyone who was an attention wh*re, I am not that heartless. And you don't have to say "No disrespect intended" just cause' you know me, I am heartless enough not to be affected by these words.
He's not making fun of any of the disorders. He's just saying don't create one in your own mind just for the attention.
You highly misunderstand everything... because of your comment I doubt you read even half of my essay. I'm not "making fun" of anyone's disorders... I'm saying some are being drama queens and lying about there disorders. Apparently your mind is to simple for this complexity
If something angers me, I address it in an extremely violent matter, therefore proving my anger issues. (Watch as he misunderstands what I mean)
lol I somehow I knew you would misunderstand what I just said. Please explain in detail why. (watch as he trys to be as rude as I in the next post he posts)
Okay, first of all, please drop the attitude. You brought up your anger issues as an excuse, yet your entire post is talking about over-exaggerating disorders and thinking you have something when you really don't. See my point?
This is hilarious. Rockerz, you're a spaz. I do agree that claiming to have a disorder is attention seeking. I mean, anyone with a real disorder would try to avoid all topics including it. If I was like, bipolar, why would I go and write a story to everyone about how I'm bipolar? (I'm not bipolar, just using it as an example xD) Like, if you have depression, you don't go and let the world know about it. That's drawing attention to it, and if I had depression, I wouldn't want everyone to know about it! I would be embarrassed of it, and I'd probably really not like talking about it or telling anyone. When people talk about their disorders, they're either really trusting or simply liars. I'm not saying everyone who talks about their own disorders is a liar; some people are just really trusting. But I'm saying that a lot of people with disorders don't exactly advertise it. Sorry if I'm offending anyone! Love y'all x3
Claiming to have a disorder is not attention seeking. Attention seeking would be using your disorder to gain attention and possible recognition for personal benefit. Of course this doesnt mean people who have been through a lot will not use their disorders to attention seek as well. Yes people feel like they can be open about their lives and that is perfectly ok. Metal disorders are seen a horrible things that we should be ashamed of. This is where you get the idea that we want to hide it. But not always. Some people share what they go through to support others. Some use their disorders in a creative way. I've made the decision to no longer share what i've been through because of crap like this. You will either get labeled as an attention seeker, or get a whole bunch of people feeling sorry for you, when really you just want to help others.
Either your super smart... or your super dumb, that statement goes both ways, I do have a few anger issues, but that is probably just puberty... + I admitted that I do sometimes exaggerate my anger issues.
But dont label as that too much. Because sometimes that also stops people who genuinely have issues to come forward and talk about it. Sometimes talking about things helps. Some people do not have close friends, they choose a nice community.
