Because they're not against the rules. If I make a porn book and put it in a chest on my island, and you come in and open it, take the book, and read it, are you going to report it for being inappropriate? No, it's my island, get over it.

There is being "kid" friendly and then there is absurdity. You are what, 14? Old enough to know what offends you and what doesn't. If it offends you, build a wall. Like I said earlier, you'll get plenty of help.
You can make nether portals and lihht them, but they dont transport you to the nether, they are disabled.
So I log in this morning, fully expecting to see some new addition, and there it is. This was obviously built in response to this thread and done purely to offend. Terrick knows this is offensive to me and shows total disrespect by putting it there. You cannot honestly say that this does not break Rule 5: Do not disrespect others (or server)/swear but I expect you will say it anyway whether you truly believe it or not. Still waiting to hear what Cyp has to say.
Seriously people, if you don't like it just join a coop with someone away from the island. Also, I'd probably advise NOT to be on the island. -.-
That's no longer the point, I know all my options. I'm now interested to see how this is handled by Cyp given i believe it is a violation of the rules. Also moving to a new island will only place someone else in the same spot which doesn't resolve the issue.
I understand your frustration, but people have offered to help you create a wall. If you move to a new apartment in a big metropolis and see an Adult shop with a sign you don't like outside your window, are you going to demand they take it down..? Terrick's island is his private property. He has a right to be creative. Though, have you thought about asking him nicely? Or even asking him at all to remove it?
People have offered to build a wall but they have also said, as you have, that i am entitled to build anything I want, and I don't want a wall, who would really! If an image such as that was put on a shop sign, then I'm sure the majority of a big metropolis would want it taken down and it would be taken down. This really opens a can of worms, according to every staff member posting here, I can, if i choose, erect a structure of any mod or admin going at it with a giant pig and that would be fine. I was unaware of who's island it was and was unable to find out. Terrick has made it known in this thread that he is the owner and you can see from his comments that this would never have been an option.
Look, Imtricky, No offence, but you are being very stubborn. I know you think it is breaking a rule, but trial mods, mods and super mods have all said that it is not illegal, and I don't think they would be a mod of they didn't know the rules and all sections within them. Your island is your property, just like your account is your responsibility. If you don't like it, get over it. There are approximately 5000+ users of skyblock, only 8 of which will be next to that island. The majority of people will not get offended, but now they have because you have decided to make this a thread. You have affected and offended more people than terrick has just by building it on his island. I may sound harsh, but your stubbornness is annoying both mods and people reading this thread, trying to give you solutions because WHAT TERRICK HAS DONE IS NOT AGAINST THE RULES. And if you want to go into rules, you are breaking rule 5, dissrespecting others. Now I hope a mod will lock this thread as nothing can or will be done about this, as there is no rule breaking here.
I have to agree. This was my skyblock previously. I'd asked Terrick to remove them and he refused so I just moved on. This simply made it someone else's problem so won't really do resolve anything.
I'm amazed at how easily you are offended by this ImTricky. I think that it's probably better for you (and us) if you are relocated to a nicer, less offensive part of Skyblock.
