i got banned so how do i get unbanned? can anyone help please

I am replying on behalf of my daughter who is 8.she honestly didn't realise that she had done anything wrong and was really upset when she got banned.she has just said she never had any dirt on her that day me myself don't understand anything bout this but I know I payed 15.56 for a kit and then she got banned.

 

Can I just ask on what date did she do this illegal trade is that the date where it says 09-02?

 

And 00:28 is that the time?

I am thinking I know what has happened now if that is the time the illegal trade took place this will have not been my daughter but possibly could have been my nephew that has done it has they were using the same laptop.would it be possible to unban her?

On September 2nd is when it happened.

 

And is that the time 00:28 cos if so my daughter would have been sound asleep at that time as she's only 8.

 

I also donated on the 3rd of September as I have still got the PayPal receipt so how come she got banned after I donated if it took place on the 2nd?

I'm not disputing that,but I know for a fact it wasn't her at that time.paypal doesn't lie either.It is now as she's the only one that uses the laptop.will she be unbanned?
