Hello there. I recently upgraded my account from the $10 package to the $25 package. I received my status upgrade in-game, along with the package features that are currently available, however, I was not given a mob spawner. I did have free inventory space at the time, but it did not appear there. Nor did it appear in any of the chests located on my island. I tried using the "/kit Donor25" command, to see if it would give me one upon fisrt time use, however, I just received the normal kit items. I do have a spawner set up on my island, but is was placed about a week or so ago, and hasn't been moved. This was before I upgraded of course. Anyway, here is a screenshot I took showing the purchase details:

One more thing to mention, I wasn't logged in at the time I purchased the upgrade, so that might explain why I didn't receive the spawner. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

Rick Hide it properly, put the spaces together, use [Private] [/Private]

Thanks for the tip. I skimmed through some older posts here, and someone mentioned using "[ Hide ][ /Hide ]"(without the spaces), so I assumed that was the correct way to hide content from general users.

I received the package upgrade about 10~15 minutes after I purchased it.
I wasn't logged in at the time the upgrade occurred however.
That's my guess as to why I didn't receive a spawner with the upgrade.
Just ignorance on my part.

 

Oh I have missread the title and I am pretty sure I might have 1 spawner spare if you want it

 

I'm gonna wait it out for awhile and see if any staff can aid me. I'm not in a hurry to get it or anything.
If this isn't resolved in another week or two, I'll message you about your offer.

Anyway, sure. So far it's been 10 days. I'm gonna give it some more time.
I have faith. But if for whatever odd reason this doesn't get resolved, and Best doesn't feel like answering

Right after I posted above, Best twisted my arm, and gave me a spawner. So tyvm Best. I'm going to request that since this issue is now resolved, that this thread can be locked and archived. Thanks to all the above for being so kind and helpful.
