You have a great app, you have active, you do a fantastic job in game. You lack one key thing I feel and that is a good forum presence. I feel like we have not seen a great deal of what you know, what you stand for and other things that characterize some of the stronger mods on the server. I feel like you should be trying to stand up more for what you believe in, you should give us your opinion and more of you. While you stand out in the server, you need to prove you can stand out on the forums as well.

About me- My real name is Merje, I live in a such small country that 90% of people I have met don't know what it even is. I'm shy in real-life, but I love to communicate and socialise in skyblock. I have great grammar I can feel proud of . For my hobbies I used to skateboard, I snowboard on a casual level, I love doing it. I have a loving family and a pet bunny I love. I usually am not into today's pop music, I prefer some older times music. I'm a weird person, but once you get to know me you'd know I wouldn't hurt people intentionally.

Your in-game name: My in-game name is Supapah, often reffered to as Supa.

How old are you? I'm 12 years of age, I'll be 13 on 30th of oct. 2014. A lot people have mistaken my age for a lot older, I can guarantee you I'm not immature.

What timezone are you in? I'm in GMT+2:00.

What country do you live in? Estonia, a little country next to Russia, Finland and Latvia.

What languages do you speak? Estonian, my national language, English, a language I have been learning since first grade (I'm in seventh) 4 lessons a week, still learning it. I'm doing great in the lessons. Russian, I've been learning it since fourth grade 2 lessons a week, not that good at it yet.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
I've been banned before for 2 times, going back to june 2013&july 2013. First time I was banned for bridging, wich I did do, even though not intentionally. It has a long story to it, so I'll shorten it by saying, that I wasn't intentionally bridging to harm people, I was looking for active people I could visit. Once I found an active island the people on them called a Mod, who banned me. I was unbanned after a few weeks, when there was a ban list wipe. Second ban was a mistake, I was talking in coop chat to my coop, he had said, you can't say :3 :3 :3 :3 so I tested it, ending up it turning into: "skyblock.net is awesome", and a Mod thought I was advertising. I was shortly unbanned after explaining it.

Why do you "think" you should be a mod?
I think of moderating more than just a job, I think of it as a responsibility I enjoy to do. I've been hooked to helping people ever since I created this application, going back to august 2nd 2013, and now whenever I see a question/player who needs help in chat and I can't/don't help the player for some reason, I feel guilty and like I'm missing out. I have experience with moderating, I know what it takes and how difficult it can be at the times. I enjoy helping, I don't do it just to get the [Mod] title, I do it because I truly enjoy helping people, it's in my nature. Ever since I joined the skyblock community, I've been hooked to it, and can't imagine me being able to quit it anytime soon. I do have school, wich in some cases could be a bit of a problem, but I'm very well managed, finding a way to do my homework properly, while being able to stay active on skyblock aswell. I don't care for rares, making it no trouble for me to give them away to other people, who do care about them. I've always admired Moderators, them going out of their way just to help people and fulfill their needs. I have been playing skyblock for quite a while now, it being the first server I really got interested in. I use good grammar wether I'm messaging with my friends or helping in chat. I believe, that using good grammar will make you more easily understandable and will leave a good first impression. I have the ability to learn things very fast, as everyone is telling me irl. I believe I could get in the ways of moderating fairly quickly. I have been studying English for a quite a while now, making it easy for me to talk English without making much mistakes. I often see advertisers/spammers on the server, when no Mods are on, leaving me the option to report them. Though it would be a lot more efficient for me to be able to use necessary commands and continue helping people. I would rather stay home and help people on skyblock, than go to the cinema. I consider friends I've made on skyblock more accepting and caring, than friends I have at school. I've always been different, than other girls at my school, willing to play video games and minecraft, when no other does. I'm not afraid to be different, I'm not afraid to be myself. I count honesty as a very important factor, I rarely lie (not to say I don't lie ever or skyblock, which would be lying) on skyblock. I've been watching the forums as long as I can remember, especially the report&appeal section. I know they way I should act in different situations, I know what to ask people in appeals. I know rules for top to bottom, cross and through. I can answer questions about why something is illegal and how some items were obtained. I consider myself a person, who doesn't judge people by their mistakes, looks, or opinions. What really matters is the personality. I approach all people in a friendly way, even people, who say inappropriate things and spam the chat. I've never got mad at someone on skyblock, I don't loose my cool easily at all. I don't get hurt, when someone insults me, over time it has come in very handy. I'm respectful to everyone, even people I dislike. I don't think it's fair for them to be treated badly because of my personal opinion. I never swear on skyblock, even when I'm doing it under my nose irl. I own a pet bunny, she has taught me a lot about responsibility and taking care of things. I never leave my friends in hard times, I'm just not able to do it in my mind. I'm able to make friends very easily, when I'm helping someone I make friends, even without noticing it myself. I can seperate work from fun, doing a bit of each while playing skyblock. I take my job seriously, but love a good joke. I accept each and every one in the community, not judging people by their grammar, religion, beliefs, opinions and many, many more things. Despite my age, I'm often mistaken to be a lot older, giving me a hint of people thinking, that I'm mature. I always search for ways to improve myself, while not becoming a different person. When there's a problem, I don't pretend, that it's not there rather than dealing with it. I'm very dedicated to the server, spending a lot of my day being on it and helping people. I can't think of a better feeling, than a person, who you have helped thank you from her/his heart. I've made quite a few mistakes while being around here, I have learn't from them and don't repeat them. When I say something, I truly mean it. I'm able to see things from different aspects, making me able to understand people&their opinions more, that could come in quite handy in different situations, not to mention ban appeals. I'm not going to say I won't make mistakes, I most likely will, but I will learn from them and become a better person. My ban history isn't that good, but on another note, if I hadn't learn't from them I would be banned by now. I never wish anyone bad, I'm just not that type of a person. I don't judge people by a mistake they've made, everyone makes mistakes. Because of my timezone, I'm often online when no other Mod is. I'd like to reduce that happening by becoming one myself. I believe, that I should be given a chance to prove myself ready and worthy of the position.

What qualifications do you have?
I'm well-organized- e.g if I recieve many messages from people I put them down in a list e.g- Player1211- grief, Person2456- lava.
I'm patient.- I've always been a patient person, e.g when I don't get a reply right away I don't spam the person, I know how annoying it is when others do it.
I'm creative.- That doesn't automatically mean that I'm good at building, I just like doing new things, projects and organize things.
I learn from my mistakes.- This is pretty simple, as I make a mistake, I admit it and learn from it not to do it again.
I admit my mistakes.- I make mistakes, everyone does. So why is it so big deal to hide them? People trust you more and see you as a honest person when you do.
I'm fair to everyone and treat people equally. - I really don't think it makes a difference if you have a donor, skygod, Mod, admin or any prefix at all, the person is still same and doesn't change after being promoted from greenbean to Mod (example).
I'm kind to people I meet and try to help them.- I love making new friends and have a natural talent to make them very easily- example when I help someone with his/her island I have an ability to make friends with that player, without even noticing.
I won't quit because of something small- Such as losing a fireblock, Mod prefix or anything similiar. You can earn it all back, if you didn't get scammed, griefed or looted it's your fault and you can earn the items back, I think it's pointless to quit because of loosing something when you have put so much time and effort into the server itself.
I understand people.- I have a good ability to see something in many perspectives, I also understand people, wether it comes to helping players achieve something or understanding their mindset in ban appeals.
I accept newcomers.- I think there's nothing better than to have new friendly players come to this server. Every day many people join and many people leave and never come back because noone told them how to do something or helped them with their griefs. I welcome them and try to help them in every way possible.
I try to answer all questions.- I'm usually able to answer all questions in chat after few months of training eye and hands I have learn't to filter out unimporant stuff ( I still notice it) and catch the important parts, such as questions and people who are in need of help.
If there's a problem I look for the best solution to solve it- A problem is a problem, and it won't dissappear if you just pretend it's not there. Before I act I always rethink it and make sure it's the best option to take.
I respect people.- I respect everyone and hear them out, I don't treat people any different depending on their prefix.
I think first, then say.- I don't say anything without thinking first, if I did I could say something very dumb I'd regret later.
I'm a quick typer.- years of typing in English have improved me pretty well, I could keep up with chat and answer people quickly. My current wpm is 61, I'm working on improving it.
I'm a calm person, who doesn't rage.- As simple as that, I have never raged during those 15 months I have played on this server. I have good self control and even if I'm angry at something I don't show it up.
I can handle a lot of pressure.- I can be asked many things at the same time and I'm able to answer them all at the end of the day (end of the minute usually )
I'm happy with what I have.- I'm satistified with what I have, I don't have urge to have more and more everytime I get something.
I know the server rules very well (including illegal trades and such).- I know the server rules by heart, I know them through and cross, I know deep definitions of them and I'm able to answer questions about why something is illegal to trade.
I'm trustworthy and you can count on me even in hard situations.- I don't give you up on the last minute and I always try to help people in hard situations, but it isn't always possible.
I'm very dedicated to the server- As I said I'm very dedicated to the server, ever since I first joined on 6th of june 2013, I fell in love with this server, I would never betray it.
I'm a forgiving person- I believe, that everyone makes mistakes and they shouldn't be judged only because of that.

Things I need to work on-
I'm quite shy- For example on teamspeak or skype I'm usually not able to chat with people I don't know irl or haven't done it before with.
I sometimes have trouble with saying, what I really think- That's not too bad, as I don't like some persons I keep polite with them in the chat, but in the reality I might be cursing them. Though on Mod applications, for example I might give a support too easily, just because he/she's a friend, not considering all the important factors. I lately have improved on this, though.
My wifi goes bad- [Partial success] I got a new adapter from my brother, things have been a lot better ever since.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
Most weekdays:
14:00pm-12:00am.
Weekends:
10:00am-12:00am.
Please note that I usually go to my country place on Saturdays, that will reduce my playtime drastically.

How long have you been playing skyblock? I have been playing skyblock for 1 year and 5 months.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I've been a Moderator on 2 servers before applying. On them I learned the basics, commands, got experience with handling cases&dealing with appeals. It certanly has taught me a lot and I believe I'm ready to take on a bigger challenge.

I believe that one day it will be my day. One day I will achieve my dreams and if it doesn't work out for me, then it doesn't.

Thanks for all the kind support. I've had no wifi for quite a long time now and I also broke my tablets screen last thursday, causing inactivity on forums aswell. Today morning someone came over and fixed my wifi, some router problem. To the point, I'll be a lot more active from now on.
