I haven't been on these forums for very long but I have noticed that spambots and their threads are very common, I'm not saying mods are lazy but we need something to stop spambots altogether as they just spam the forums and make it look messy. I would suggest something but I honestly wouldn't know what to suggest to reduce the amount of them.

 

Also I would appreciate if people would give reasons rather then just saying "Support" or "No support" Ty for your time.

 

I noticed these recently.
Some of the threads created by spambots are being left there for 2 hours, maybe even longer. Something needs to be done, but I'm not really an expert or anything on how to deal with them XD.

You do have to do an email verification when you join the forums already, they still somehow bypass it.

 

Yeah i had difficulties today with it thats why i know they have one xD

 

I asked Cypriot to add it ages ago and it didn't work or slow them down. I have suggested other things but it wasn't implemented.

 

Hmm The only way then is Capcha or update our blocking system

Yeah, I'm aware. Use the report button then, the moderators will get an alert and deal with them.

 

If the old thing that we had was put back then rarely any would get through.
I don't think it'd be difficult to re-add.
