Hello, well this is going to sound retarded which it is but anyways. Its been about a year sense the last time I logged into this server. I noticed my inventory was full of all my donor items in which I received from purchasing the rank 10 / 25 and the enchanting table that I purchased last year. I typed /home and I got the error saying I didn't have a skyblock which was weird because from what I remember I did anyway's I proceeded to type /newisland replace and /newisland yes. Completely passed my mind that all my items vanished. I really had no choice but make a new island so I was forced to delete all my items. Anyways my question is how do I get backed the following. - 2 x Mob Spawners - 1 x Enchanting table - Diamond PickAxe's (These are nothing because I can use /kit donor25)
Making an new island and the items being lost is personal responsibility meaning you cannot be refunded. However if you are lucky, someone might personally give you these items back.
She is a former staff member, along with me, she is correct. Any other mod would say the same thing. There is no difference.
They may refund your items if you have evidence of this happening, they can't just go by what people say as sometimes there is people who lie, I'm not saying you're lying but you need evidence such as screenshots.
