like the title says i am a $50 donor but when I try to upgrade on the donor section it says im not allowed to purchase it i rember when i donated it had a problem and I needed a admin to give me the rank and everything so i think this affected me on the fourms so i anyone can help yeah please do so.

no im not begging a admin im saying its not allowing me to purchase i think that it the system thinks im a $25 donor when im a $50 donor so im asking if they can set me as a $50 donor on fourms

 

You have to show proof that the purchase was completed. You being able to fly doesn't mean anything. You need to show complete proof that the transaction was completed, and that you didn't receive the rank/upgrade.

You cannot just buy the donor $100, you must but the $50 to $100. Also, please make sure it's not just your browser.

I just checked on on the shop by using your username and it says your not allowed to purchase 50 to 100 but you are allowed to purchase 25 to 50 and 25 to 100. You said that an admin upgraded you so what I think is it is a fault on the shops side, not yours. Maybe the shop went to for a minute when you bought 25 to 50 upgrade? Maybe it thinks that you're still a $25 donor ._.
