Why did some of my blocks disappeared?
for example enchanting table, dispensers
and why does magenta wool appeared?

Could be a CLag issue, there's been inventories wiped and it destroys some blocks, could've done this, I hope you find a replacement for it.

 

the lag could be the main issue, I sometimes lose my stuff too, maybe try restarting your internet/game, when that doesnt work, ask a mod to check the logs of the place where the stuff was, maybe there is proof and it will be rollbacked/refunded

 

Were these items placed down when they disappeared? And then magenta wool appeared?

This was on skyblock.net? If so, I would suggest asking a mod to check it out in game, or posting your island coordinates in hidden content in this thread.

Yes they were placed and i didn't came on this srever for 0.5 month and when i came firt thing i saw was that dispensers dissapeared and all bone meal was on ground.
Then i saw magenta wool and so i went to another room and my enchanting table dissapered also

No i never had anyone on my island (not including my friend from school oskar10000 but i kicked him from coop like 1.5 months ago)

You have have gone over the 49x49 perimeter of your island so someone may have reset their island which caused you to lose blocks on your island.
As for the magenta wool I have no clue how it got there.

Yes it's 49 blocks away from each side of your bedrock.
