I agree, and something to think about, a lot of reports, appeals, and help threads are made in a day, and Mods can't be on 24/7 because of the timezone differences, and having lives outside of MC, on top of having to deal with in-game problems, so their time here is pretty precious, and it shouldn't be wasted on invalid reports, unless there's actually something the Staff member did wrong, or has to improve on I don't see how you need to report one, because you're not only causing problems for the Moderator you report, but every one that has to help with the report, and that takes time, considering everything in the report, discussing it, and coming to a conclusion, and time isn't something anyone has a lot of, especially Moderators, so please use your time wisely and spare them the time they need to focus on other issues, ones that actually matter, you being banned and trying to get a Staff member demoted for revenge isn't something that does, and isn't appreciated whatsoever.

That thread was made while she was helping clean up the forums. I do agree people need to stop reporting mods for the stupidest little things. Heck, I've been reported for forgetting to remove a few ratings in a rate abuse thread. Things like these can be easily resolved with a simple PM to the mod. As you can see the section in mineverse is filled up with mostly false/dumb mod reports. If you actually have evidence of a mod breaking the rules or such, then feel free to report.

Honestly, most of the time if you jsut message the moderator, they'll be willing to help sort out the issue. It's not like we're trying to do anything wrong, so clearly if you think we've done something wrong, we don't know about it, so telling us directly is a) mor respectful and b) more likely for us to listen to. If you criticism is valid but your report is "he wuz bad ban him" your report will be locked almost immediately. The only reason you should report in the reports section is if the moderator refuses to discuss with you the circumstances surrounding what they did. Else, it's just superfluous.
