Alright, so here are the /cc commands and what they do:
-/cc <chatroom name>
used to join an existing chatroom
used to change which chatroom you're speaking in that you've already joined
-/cc create <name>
creates a chatroom with set name
-/cc leave <chatroom>
leaves the chatroom you say
-/cc add <player>
adds player to whichever chat you're currently speaking in
-/cc list
checks which chatrooms are available
-/cc active
checks which chatrooms you belong to
-/cc delete
deletes a chatroom you made
-/cc set
joins chatroom set... not sure about that one honostly
-/cc who
tells you who is in the chatroom you're currently speaking in

/cc was here in July, and its nice to see it return .

 

I was about to say that as well.

I really missed it, mainly because it was annoying talking in /msg.
