Hey everyone, just making this post for new .org players to help them out a bit, I haven't seen a thread like this at all, but if there is one sorry for repeating, but seeing as it's not been seen, a bump thread might be useful too.

Welcome: Hey new players, welcome to the server, there's a lot of great things you can do on Skyblock.org and I want you to explore those and have fun doing it, if you ever need help you can always ask in chat or message somebody. Skyblock.org is an economy based server where players can create an island, set warps, create shops, make friends and gain wealth along their journey, so without further a due, here's a thread explaining some convenient things to know on/about the server.

Moderators: Moderators are players that have applied for a position on the server via the forums, and are accepted by the Administrator of the server, CypriotMerkz, these players are selected out of the most helpful, mature, active, and productive people on the server, now that you know what they do, how about we talk about some kinds of Moderators.

Trial-Mods: These Moderators are players that are just accepted and still need to be watched out for and promoted to Moderator, they can do pretty much anything a Mod can, they just don't have the full job of a Mod, think of it as an intern, they are fully capable of doing the job, they just don't have it yet. These people will have a [Mod] prefix.

Moderators: Now that you know the basics of who they are, these Staff Members moderate the chat, handle reports, help players in need, and also Moderate the forums, they are the majority of the Staff team and are the most often seen. These people will have a [Mod] prefix.

Super-Mods: Also known as Senior Moderators these players are basically Moderators who handle all types of duties on the server, and if requested by a senior Staff Member may also need to fulfill administrative duties as well, they also oversee both of the groups listed above. These players will have a [Mod] prefix.

These groups are often seen in chat but if you want to know if any are on, or need to request their help immediately do /list, /realname mod, and then /msg whoever you see under one of the groups listed above, if it says "Player not found" there is no Mods on.

Shops: There are two types of shops that can be found on .org, these are listed below.

AdminShop: This plugin allows for buying/selling items with a preset price set by a Staff Member, this type of shop cannot be created by anyone other than a Staff Member, and will only be seen in official server warps. While only staff can create these, only CypriotMerkz or Noobcrew can actually make them.

ChestShop: This plugin is the most commonly used on the server, any player can create these and they can be seen at any shop warp you go to.

Warps: Warps are very commonly advertised and created on the server, these can be created and used for many things, /setwarp *warp-name* to create your own warp and /warp *warp-name* to get there, other players can also get to your warp by doing /warp *warp-name*, and warps you set can only be set on your island, so be cautious if you don't want people going on your island, if somebody is on your island who is not welcome, simply ask them to leave, tell somebody if they don't, as they are breaking a rule.

Types of warps: There are a couple types of warps on the server, these are listed below.
Death Warps: These are warps set by a player for the purpose of killing others, in an attempt to troll, which is actually not allowed and frowned upon in the community, so if you see somebody advertising a death warp, or if you come across one simply report the warp to a Moderator and they will handle it, do not say the name of these kind of warps in public chat.

Shop warps: These are warps set by players in an attempt to make a profit off of items they have acquired, you may warp to these and advertise them in public chat, you are allowed creating warps that sell anything but illegal items, which can be found at /warp rules.

Auctions: Auctions are a faster way of selling items, items auctioned by players are bought by the highest bidder, the host of the auction can choose how much he wants to sell of his item, his starting price(the minimum bid), the increment(How much the price increases by every bid), and a maximum bid(The max amount a player can bid), there is also a time limit, players can bid until the last second of the auction, alerts in chat will show when the auction starts, at the 60, 22, and 3, 2, 1 second marks(The 22 is only when you auction for 45 seconds, as it's a half mark)

Commands(Good commands to know on .org):
/warp-Warps you to the preset destination of your choice
/msg-Sends a message to a player
/newisland replace-Creates a new island for you, replacing the old one or creating an entirely new one, resets all of your items not on-hand
/auction-Auctions items of your choosing for players to bid on, easy way to get profit
/help- Lists all commands available to your group
/list-See who's online
/seen-See when a player was last online, or how long a player has been online
/vote-You get $100(in game) for each link you vote on, maximum of 2 votes per 12 hours
/rules- See the rules of the server.

Rules: Alright, so this one is pretty simple, these are the rules you agree to by joining the server, even if you don't know them, so it's best to, and follow them. In-game rules can be found at /warp rules or /warp rules2, there is also a more detailed explanation of the rules on the forum found here, and there's a /rules command in game, that's should be all you need to know, feel free to ask a Staff member if you have any questions about that, or even myself, and I'll try to give the best answers I can.

Nice, but the TMod, and SMods, don't say [Tmod] or [smod] they're just pink and blue.

Edit: Tmods, don't have all moderator perms. And SMods have more perms than Moderators, such as creative, and spawning in items.

Edit (again): The auction plugin doesn't necessarily give a time warning at 60, and 22 seconds. The 22 seconds is only when you auction for 45 seconds. It gives the warning at the half point.

More Edit: there's also a /rules command

More Editting : The admin shop is only set by the admin. Hence the name "Admin Shop". Also there's more than 2 types of warps, there's warps for just decoration, warps for spawners, warps with farms, etc.

S-mods have creative

 

Not all, but some of the Smods on Org have creative, yes. Not on Net though.

 

Who has creative on org.

 

Uhm... Darkie, Sean, Ungod and I believe Kato also has creative. Or at least Darkie did have it, there was a mix up with the security of her account and she wasn't immediately given creative back, but I'm not actually sure if she would have it back by now...

Oh, so that's Darkchlydeone, Zambiana, UngodAlmight and KatoKillsMyGPA.

Basically, newer Smods are not being given creative, to my knowledge.
