Now on all crew servers there are a lot of rulebreakers around and I think it would help if rule books (specific rules) were added to new island chests because not everyone passes by trade to get a book because not many would expect it to be there.

I support it, not sure what it would take to add it to the plugin though.

 

All they need is a new dev

 

Easier said than done.
We would need someone who's serious, with a lot of experience, plus the trust that goes with being dev is quite large, and Cyp and Crew have to find someone trustworthy.

CypriotMerks should really look into this, as most people are banned because of not knowing the rules. Absence of knowledge isn't an excuse, but here it sure seems like it as little as rules show up!

Yeah, if it were to be added, it would have to be hard coded in. This, however, is extremely easy, done in about 3 lines of code.
