Your application is beautifully written. The detail in it shows remorse for your previous actions, as well as your positive intentions for the future. 10/10 for that.

I also agree with you about the lack of mod activity. A lot of new members join unaware of the rules, and break one unknowingly. There is also the issue of other skyblock servers that exist that do not have rules against stealing and griefing, and are basically one huge free-for-all and trust nobody environment. The latter is a smaller issue, however both contribute to the party that gets banned because the rules are not stated prominently. The absence of mods on the server is playing a huge role in bans that occur. If more staff on the server were actively there to lay down the law, the number of bans that mods have to deal with could significantly drop. The fact that this issue was mentioned in detail and creatively is impressive, considering it is mentioned in a lot of other mod apps redundantly.

Now, I realize that server staff are extremely busy, and that doesn't just apply here. I am also aware of the strange concept that is having a life outside of a computer. However, I will join .NET and see regular players acting as moderators since there are no actual mods or admins online. I'm not complaining about the players being helpful to each other, believe me. This is great for the community. I've noticed that one of those players is you. For those actions that I've seen personally, I commend you.


Now, why only 80%:

You were a great mod, but you had your position originally because you deserved it. If you would be comfortable, a deeper description on what lead to your demotion would be appreciated. I would like to decide my own opinion as to whether or not you still deserve this position. My opinion may be slightly irrelevant, (it's not like I can forgive you for something that I wasn't involved in) but I'd like to believe it still matters. Go ahead and PM me if you are okay sharing.

Thank you, I will not explain in detail of what I said, but I insulted Cyp after the demotion of another, and I regret it.. I truly do. I have apologized to Him, and others that some how were affected by my words, but what I said will remain confidential.

 

Ok, I give you 95% support for that, despite the fact that I knew the basic jist of what happened already. I respect your wishes, since if I were in your case I would make the same choice. Good luck Dew :3

Even looking at it in an unbiased manor and asking my friend TheHiddenOne , who is 100% un-biased. Even after hearing the story (not from me or bat. A different source) has agreed with me on your stance against the server.

In a completely un-biased view:

I dont believe that you are ready to be mod again. Showing remorse for previous actions mean, if my ban appeals have taught me anything, nothing. Yes, you vented to someone on skype about something you disagreed with. Though it may not have warranted a ban, it showed the lack of trust between you and Cyp which in turn caused your demotion. And from my conversations with you, it has come to my attention that you havent noticed this. When you were first given Tmod, I thought to myself (no offense intended) "Is Cyp trippin?" I didn't and continued not to think that you were ready to be a mod. When I mod is promoted, I mentally decide if they are going to do well or not. For example, Artie, I was legitimately arguing with him in chat and in the middle of the argument, he got mod. I knew he would be a good mod because he was able to keep his cool no matter what the situation. An example of a mod I disagreed with that isn't mod anymore is Yellow. Though he wasn't demoted, it was obvious to me that he did not have what it takes to be a mod(No offense to you Yellow). This is why i decided to test your ability to reason by arguing with you in chat. You most definitely cannot keep your cool. And I'm not referring to your muting or temp banning me, im talking about how you replied to me that day.

Now, I may have said some mean things to you, and bat may have said some mean things to you and he may have doxed you, but I must point a couple things out:
1. If all the information on his dox were true, then why in the world would you even care if it was posted?
2. You hold a grudge like no other. Though it is quite obvious that you were hurt by what had happened that week, you decided that it was within your power to go and deny appeals that were no longer yours to handle. You overstep a bit too much.
3. When pizzas were allegedly sent to "your neighbor's house" you dent Bat a gyazo of an arm, claiming it was yours, that had been cut. I dont currently have the link to said Gyazo, but im sure I could scroll up in skype to find it. It either proves you are a liar, or proves that you are not mentaly stable enough to handle that "your neighbors" ordered pizza.

Im sorry if any of this hurt your feelings, but its true.

Also, anyone who commented support or no support on this appeal is biased.

Oh, Gotta edit this in. You re-applied like what? A week after your demotion? maybe a bit more like a week and a half or 2 weeks. But still, its too soon. A month would still be pushing it. You say you love skyblock and that you want to help, answer questions, make reports, be a player. Do what the server was originally created for you to do. Build crap, make friends, help the noobs.

 

I try my best to always do what I feel is right. I've made mistakes, I have. I keep becoming a stronger person, each day. As I've said before half of the information was correct. Not all of it. It's not my neighbors home either the address you have is a few blocks away. I agree with you on the part where I might not be mentally stable. I fight with depression, and I've gotten better, but I am done making excuses for myself. I need to work on handling things better, I do. As for I will do that. For now, I need to focus on myself. I am not sure if you heard but I have to get testing done for cancer. I am not letting that get in my way. I love the Skyblock community. I truly do. I love helping others. I know I've said this before but Skyblock is my home. No matter what. As each day passes I am striving to get better and deal with things is a better order. I've been paying attention to things more, and really thinking before I act. You might not support me for things that I've done in the past, but I can assure you I'm not who I once was.
