My in-game-name is Jesusbsc I bought yesterday donor $50 and then like 4 hours later i bought upgrade from donor $50 to donor $100 and mobspawner kit the problem is that i didnt recieve it , i contact people con skyblock for help , they say that i needed to wait 2 hours , 5 minutes, 24 hours or even a week , but i dont know if this is true or not so i decided to post my case here. Let me get this straight, you bought donor 50$ rank and after 4 hours of having (please confirm) the rank you bought 50$-100$? The donations take usually 5 minutes to come though, but can take up to a day. Are you currently a 50$ rank? I had the same kind of problem, someone upgraded me from 10-25$ and then 25$-100$, 25$ came through and 100$ didn't. After creating a thread Cypriotmerks fixed it. So in conclusion, it might be same kind of a problem. Best of luck.

vdestroyer do you have receipts for the second payment? I would avoid posting here until cyp looks at this thread since its been established that the person has waited more than 24h without rank. Leave this to mods from now on
