[ClearLag] ClearLag Problems

Alright, so first, I'd like to get the facts written away:

Today, in AST, @ about 6 PM (4/10/2014), I have lost all my items once again. I was teleporting to a Donor player named jack8tyler. I have no idea what happened, maybe he was standing on an edge of a block, etc., but when I teleported, I just...well...died. I recall myself not having full health, so that may have also 'caused it in a way.

I had another incident yesterday, where my items were wiped out by an Ender Chest. I had sufficient proof in that case, and iSnoopy was able to refund my items. Now, since I had an incident yesterday, this request form may seem quite 'shifty'. Anyways, back to the story - when I died, I was in a great panic, spam messaging jack8tyler to tp me back to him. He did, as soon as possible, but the ClearLag was faster.

Of course, as soon as I died, he supposedly jumped for it, but again, the ClearLag activated quite as soon as I died. From the yesterday's incident, I can prove I had those items from my previous thread & iSnoopy as a witness. Today, I traded a Godded Diamond Sword too, which makes the total items I lost:

- Godded Ice (As Hat)
- Godded Diamond Chestplate
- Godded Diamond Leggings
- Godded Diamond Boots
- Godded Diamond Pickaxe
- Another Godded Diamond Pickaxe
- Godded Iron Axe
- Godded Diamond Sword
- Bucket

Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of me having those items TODAY, but I do have a screenshot for it from yesterday, which is included in my previous incident's thread. Please - if you can somehow check for the items lost by me or the items removed at around 6:00 PM, I'm confident that you'd find them. Although I do not have a screenshot from today, I'd like to point the following players as a witness:

- jack8tyler
- LUXUEMENGTOT

Please...it took me ages to gather those items. Please consider this incident seriously...thank you.

Yea i believe him, that he wont lie about his stuff, but i dont have enough proves, jack was the one there, maybe he have some proves.

 

Thank you for your support, Lux. Ah, I recall EaterOfTheLemons being at jack8tyler's island when I teleported back to him. I'm not sure if he witnessed the scene though.

 

moar friendly advice, only keep expendable items on you
wearing diamond armour isnt a good idea if not donor 100
id suggest gold (easy to get mob items,i have a DC full lol) or iron (somewhat expensive to make, but better armor)

i sold mine because id never wear it, which was good cause ive died so many times when i had it in the chest lol

 

Yeah, that's what I determined to do as soon as I died. It's way too risky...D:

 

I personally am not going to refund, seems fishy how you've lost the same items twice in a week. I know it can happen, but I'm not taking the chance.

 

Umm...can't you check the log or something? Is that possible?

 

...alright...I admit this may seem very shifty...but please take the following into consideration:
1. If I was a dirty cheater who'd gather items this way, no matter how stupid I was, I wouldn't choose the next day to 'do it again'...
2. As you know, I am not a Donor....for a non-donor such as myself, although those items I've mentioned may seem insignificant to some players, it's extremely hard to come by. For me, those items are everything from the past 8+ months...

I realise I may be acting selfish now by making such a big deal out of this, but please, I beg of you to grant this request. I will make sure this no longer happens by giving these almost-cursed items away to my friends or sell them. D:

 

First off we can't refund clag issues without sufficient proof. And since you have no proof of owning the items nothing can be done.

 

Sorry but moderators do not refund CLagg as it wasn't our or another players fault in losing the items. Just note, what Krissy is doing, is personal and not a official. . No offense Krissy, just wanted to make him know xD.

 

Since krissy_punk is handling this I'll leave it in her more than capable hands
