Alright, so today I was playing on SkyBlock as always. I left my items in my EnderChest to play Spleef. The <<Important Items>> were:
- Godded Diamond Chestplate
- Godded Diamond Leggings
- Godded Diamond Boots
- Godded Ice (I was using it as my hat)
- Godded Diamond Pickaxe
- [Efficiency IV, Unbreaking III, Fortune I or II] Diamond Pickaxe
- 2 Book & Quils
- Godded Iron Axe (I crafted this AFTER the Screenshot below)

As my proof, I'd like to provide a screenshot I took about 2 hours before the incident & a bunch of trusted Donors as my witness:

Explanation on the screenshot:
1. As you can see, I have my 2 enchanted pickaxes. The axe is not included as I've crafted & got it Godded by krissy_punk afterwards.
2. Considering I was actually wearing my ice block (Ask the witnesses), that kind of armor bar can only be achieved by the armor I had. (Diamond chestplate, leggings & boots)
3. You can confirm that this is me, as I can lead the Mod(s) to this spot in my island in-game.

Ah, and I forgot to add, not really important, but it would be appreciated if I can somehow get my 21 levels back. Considering I'm not a Donor, it took me ages to get.
