No you didn't island farm you brought Dirt/ice from your own island, Your story does match up you say someone just died at your island, with 728 dirt 4 purple and 4 normal glass and 17 ice? You placed dirt not grass If you placed grass the ID would be different..

 

We made a farm before that but we decided to make the same one as Kizzle_ so that is why the grass is now dirt. and all the dirt there was purchased before hand, we did not realise bringing supplies from our other island is classed as 'Island Farming' as everything we have, was payed for with in game money and there are no admins on the island so we could not remove chest from previous Coops, so this is why we started a new island, the original owner was inactive. (all items we have were all purchased by us with in game money legally.

 

You can't say you got it legally, Grass has a different ID when it is placed then dirt, Example I placed 1 grass block You bought dirt? Also the coop owner was inactive? I went to your old island cords and they are on a new spawned island..

 

No we brought grass, never brought dirt because that would be illegal. Yes the old island is gone as we have informed the owner that we have left that island and created a new one.

 

pc1008831 has proof of our old island as we got him to pick up our spawner's for us before we moved to the new island

 

Yes but hazied darling its not grass you brought from the old island It was the dirt, Taken dirt/glass/Sand/ice to other islands is Illegal, You only get the Sand/Ice/dirt that came with that island..

 

Yes that is very true, Sorry I did not think about it in that way. I admit I have done something wrong, sorry I didn't know it was wrong to take items over to a new island, if i am able to be unbanned, this will not happen again and I am very sorry for what has happened.

 

I have take the extra dirt sand and glass, and left the legal amount of each.. How do I know you will not do this again?

 

You can trust me. but i am telling the truth we did legally buy every single piece of that grass/dirt used for the pumpkin farm, i promise you all the dirt is legally payed for

When we all first joined the server I read the rules in game at warp rules and it didn't state that we are not allowd to take items to another island, But what I have done was wrong and not called for but I was unaware what we did was illegal but now I have faced the consequences of and I regret doing it in the first place, so if I could please be unbanned I would love it, as I have donated Highroller rank and its was not really a cheap rank for my to buy.

 

You can bring items just not New-island content, Glass/Dirt/Sand/Ice/Buckets... ^ Also that is in the .Org rules..

Okay, It seems you are confused do you know why you are banned?
Island farming can be categorized in a few different ways, The rule you broke was that you brought the sand/dirt/glass and ice from your old island to another one you didn't and I understand repeatably restart and farm islands that is not the category of why you are banned... Bringing logs/saplings/Books/tools ex is allowed Bring dirt/sand/glass/ice or anything that makes up the main part of a new-island is Illegal, I understand that at one time It could of been bought legally and you could of bought it from donor/adminshop/ and or got it from kits that is fine, Also I know sporky is one or your alts or is the alt of one your coops, I logged sporky's commands and I seen that he didn't talk in chat or msg anyone in the last 4 days before your ban.... I did see him tpa'ing to you and fallen a bunch of times, I understand he could of rage quit when he died and lost all his stuff but there is no logs of him making more then 1 island and at the time there was no legal way of getting sand,Ice,dirt, and glass..
