5. Why do YOU think you were banned? It has been a few days since I have been on but i would have to agree that there must have been an illegal trade that I participated in.

8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I enjoy playing on skyblock.net server. Honestly, its the only server I play on and I am willing to do anything to help players that are in need of legal help. If this means doing things for the reason that I was banned, I am willing to remove items from inventory of myself to help make restitution for the incorrect actions that I have partaken in.

Tinto098 you're banned for trading illegal items with KittehGames, does that refresh your memory a little?

 

Ok, now I understand the context of the Ban. Are there any steps I can take to have the Ban removed from my account?

 

Do you remember what you traded with KittehGames? And how much was traded?

 

I know the items were sand and grass to landscape his island, but as of the quantity, I am not sure

Why did you illegally trade them?

 

I do not believe there were any other type of items.

And as I mentioned in my previous post, they were used for landscaping KittehGames island, which would become a Donor Hangout island that I was assisting him create. A day or two after helping him, his island was griefed and he restarted the whole island. How much of the previously mentioned items were deleted with the restart and which he kept are not know to me.

 

When did this grief occur?
And tell me the sequence of events exactly which led you to giving him the sand and dirt.
Also he claims that you donated for him is this true?

 

I gave him a $50 donation so he had the ability to /fly and /tpa so he could have the ability to build his island faster and get donors to his island.

The time of the grief is unknown to me. After a few days of helping him on his island, I did the normal /tpa to him ready to help again and the island was brand new. Upon noticing this I asked what happened to the original layout and was responded with the answer "i was griefed" (paraphrased of the exact wording.)

The basic sequence of events are as follows:
1. I saw him advertising the need of donors to donate items to his island.
2. I asked in what ways could I help.
3. He allowed me to use my /tpa to him
4. Saw island and asked and found out what he was needing donated (time/work, materials, ect.)
5. I mentioned that if i was /coop onto island I could help out way easier
6. He said that he had been griefed of stuff too many times he didn't want to chance it with anyone. (which I did agree and told him that it happens way too much on the server)
7. Started on helping shape out the island in stone and building underneath island sections.
8. He asked if I had dirt and sand to help shape the top of the island and landscape it for grassy area and a river bank scape.
9. That started the giving of sand and dirt.


As I have seen many islands that have had more than the starting quantity of sand and dirt (also acknowledging that donor kits receive sand and grass which doubles as dirt if placed and farmed) and also the common sense of seeing several people on the islands, I thought it possible that they have all set down their own grass and sands to help shape the shared island. As at the point KittehGames was not comfortable in /coop ing anyone to his island but was wanting help, I viewed it as the same type of scenario, but not knowing where the exact placement was needed, I allowed him to do so.

But as this is obviously a part of the rules, I allow your council to weigh in and yearn for understanding and action that needs to be taken on my part.

 

As though you say you read the rules, why did you believe it was okay to trade illegal-to-trade items?

Kitteh also stated that you were a coop member, but the trade was after you had left/been kicked from the coop.

 

When it mentions did you read rules, I thought it was mentioning when posting this appeal did you read the rules.

And I was never /coop on to his island, if so I would have remained on the island instead of always having to ask for /tpa everytime

 

So you were never technically part of his coop party?

This is the first I've heard of someone doing that in my entire time playing Skyblock.
