Secondly, please get the story straight in my head, you claim to be an old player that has been around for ages and recently rejoined, and got donor around 3 weeks ago is that right?

1) Is this your main or is this an alt?
2) Do you have any other alt accounts?
3) What items did you illegally trade? And how much of each item?

I was given quite a few stacks of sand dont know exact number

he might have placed/left dirt but i dont really keep track cuz i randomly break my grass and redesign and then place it backand i have dirt in random chests sometimes so i dont keep track of it

Yeah someone raided my old island and took tons of sand and dirt so i just reset because i didnt really care about bothering you guys at the time

No you have not. For example, you've lied on multiple occasions including claiming that Tinto098 was part of your coop.

So that would mean that either you or tinto098 is lying, since the items were traded illegally waay after that.

I suggest you take a look at some of the ban appeals currently active, that have been active for a fair while longer than yours.
