More Aussie mods are needed. i was on at around 4pm AEST And no mods were on. Most were asleep. they are needed.

 

In my opinion there just needs to be a more diversified group of moderators in terms of timezones. Honestly, we have enough staff members, they just need to be spread out more throughout the timezones. If anything, mineverse needs more moderators, not skyblock.

 

Half of the early Moderators (either retired or still active) were promoted based on their community service, not their applications. Same could be said about those who are actively engaged and helping with the community.

We used to do a study (and I still believe I have the charts to prove it) that 68% of all problems can be resolved at their player based level due to lack of information or in need of a command they did not know they had knowledge of. It was data collected from well over four-hundred reports and complaints combined.

But I will agree, moderators spread across all timezones is best; if still difficult to achieve.

 

Ingame a player can nearly do as much as a mod. They can help players by answering questions, tell other players helpful information and if they see spam ask the person to stop and if they don't report it. When there are no mods online there should still not be more spam etc in chat, only if our more experienced player stepped up, those who have playered the server for a while stepped up and asked around once a hour if anyone needed help, would keep the server running without mods easily.

I see no difference between a player and a mod, A player can still help out as much as a mod.

Anyways, I agree with you krissy, I can't say much as I've been a bit inactive recently, but I have noticed very few mods on, and only a few are actually really active. I notice SkyttlesOG on a lot, and a bunch of others. I may not see some mods due to time zones, but ye.

 

I feel like this is self-promotion.

Yes I agree, Their is at least a 1 Hour gap in the afternoon maybe more. We need another Australian Mod or another player close to the timezone to fill that gap, As their is to many players needing help at the time
