No, I do not recall having Creative Mode. /Fly was given as a perm to all Moderators. I have made the discussion and debate before about the pros and cons about giving Creative Mode to all Moderators; finally refraining and moving to up Logblock permissions so that Moderators can effectively do their job up to a more efficient coclusion.
As a heads up, I will be gone for a few hours due to a community volunteer event with the Blue Angels today. My replies should only be delayed by a few hours.
Most of the staff members/players know that if you are inactive for a long period of time, the result is a demotion. However you were inactive for a long time and that was your consequence. Mod items can include mass amounts of spawners, confiscated items, lb tool items etc. In addition, Cyp is an admin. He could literally ban for whatever he wants.
A demotion would have been the correct action taken. Leaving a Moderator (who was a donator before that time) banned without an estimated unbanning date, is unsatisfactory. Confiscate whatever items you wish; however, if I was not breaking any rules, besides being inactive, then I see no reason to have banned me in the first place.
Right now yes. I apologize, however I was at work most of today. Helos and jets don't fly by themselves! But, at the same point, why would I need to be present for Cypriot to unban me?

I asked him a while ago, and as your request was to wipe your island Cyp said that he wasn't able to do it because it said you weren't the owner of the island. If you still want it wiped, who is the island leader?
I am the island leader; and my wish now is to see whether or not I will be unbanned by Cypriot or Noobcrew. I will let the decision over if my island will be wiped up to them.
