You sent me a convo about this, but due to the situation we're actually going to talk about it here on the forum, because there are a few people following in your footsteps.
First off, as Zambiana pointed out, please follow the format. Once you've done that I can help you to better understand why I banned you.

Alright. So here's how this went. I saw you making deals with players to sell them diamonds for less than the /buy price. This is not against the /rules, but in this case we are treating it as theft. You were making deals that cut into Crews profit, taking people that would have paid for diamonds from Crew. I'm gonna go ahead and define this as Black Market Trades, as its essential what it is, selling items 'under the table'.
What you did may not be against the /rules, but I don't honestly think this was expected to happen.

yes of cource it does i will never do it again sorry i didnt think it was ilegal so im sorry to noob crew you can take my diamonds if thats what u wish. now if you would please unban me we can live happily ever after.

I doubt crew will take your diamonds. Since you seem to understand this all, I'm reducing this to a tempban. 1 month. Date to be unbanned, Feb 25th, 2013. Locking thread and moving to pending unbans.
