So first, this is just an Org ban appeal. I am not appealing the whole global ban. So lets explain the whole situation.

BEFORE any of this happened, I was banned by Gwism for doxing Kerahna. (Which I was already banned on Teamspeak for, I had already been punished for this). I asked Cypriot if Gwism is allowed to ban me in-game for doxing her as I didn't put the dox in-game anywhere. Here is me asking if im supposed to be banned, for proof: Gyazo - e82a3665b7070704ba983ad39c7c698a.png (btw, the horse thing is an inside joke, not out of disrespect).

So that is originally why I was banned on .Org. Then I went for vacation for 1 month. A few days more than that, actually. I came back and after doxing Dewmellon, I was global banned from Crew's servers, including .Org.

Just like the dox on Kerahna, the Dewmellon dox was not posted in-game, so I'm not really supposed to be banned in-game from Org for doxing. I mean, it's really the same case here as it was with Gwism. I didn't post any doxes in-game, so I didn't really do anything in-game. I posted it on the forums, which I was permanently banned for because I legitimately had done something wrong on the forums, but not on Org.

By the way, I am only banned on Skyblock and Hellblock servers. Not banned on servers such as Mineverse or Skyblock Islands, servers that Crew owns. So I'm not sure if that's even global..?

I will admit, there is much on this I do not know. I will have a talk with the Org staff, and see what shall be done.

 

Adding on, Darkchyldeone, considering you were the one who banned me from the Teamspeak server as well, I didn't post the dox on Teamspeak either. I didn't link anyone on Teamspeak. If I did, and there is evidence of it, I'll gladly take the Teamspeak ban as well but I didn't really do anything wrong on Teamspeak either. I was following all of the terms of use and rules.

 

Your case was escalated in severity. Therefore, the ban became global. Additionally, evidence is more widely accepted when a case like this has escalated.

 

I was merely a tool for the Teamspeak ban. I was asked to come on and ban a player, since I had the ability to do so. But I don't have the ability to Unban, only TS Admins can.

 

I mean, I would like to see evidence of me posting any doxes in-game. I've already admitted to posting it on the forums. I've told Cypriot this as well.

That is my point. That is the evidence right there. A global ban involves all extensions of crew's server network, including forums, TS and any server's he owns. Part of this is that, you intentionally harassed a member of this community on top of all the other offenses you have had, leading to the decision of a global ban. Therefore, with the knowledge of that harassment, the ban was placed everywhere, whether it was posted on the server in question or not.

 

Oh, i understand what you mean now, sorry about that. I was confused for a bit.

Also, is a Net mod just allowed to global ban me? I wasn't aware of this before. I understand my case had escalated but, I thought this was only available for Super Moderators.

 

Dewmellon asked for the global ban from what I was told however.
I said I was not banned on Org so I don't think I am global'd as I didn't do anything on Org either and she said "that will be fixed".

I feel as I have not made myself more clear. You're not to appeal, and you're not being unbanned your actions were to far. You have a Global ban, that means from everything.You're appeal has been denied.

Blaq was the one who has banned by according to Kerahna.

Also, I saw another ban appeal where Blaq said you aren't supposed to make the final decision but can only provide evidence. (This was on another person's appeal)

I am allowed to deal with my bans. If you were not fully unsure of that, but He isn't to appeal, he has a global ban. Any appeal by him is to be denied as I have stated in this many times before in his other appeals.

 

This is now another moderators ban.
That mod can choose to accept or deny, but the decision is theirs. Not yours.

I don't really know who's ban this is at this point but honestly, if I were to get unbanned, I'll just stay off the moderators. I'll try to avoid contact with them. I won't post any staff doxes on the forums. I'm willing to stop, I just want to be unbanned. This if of course my mistake that I've learned from. We're supposed to learn from mistakes and i've learned that I cannot get away with things such as this sort of activity.
