I have did some testing and they are now require permission to remove items from privated chests! Plus hoppers work on locked chests, but it has to be privatized by you to work (I have not tested using the secondary access list, but the primary user on the chest works)

 

That's great, I hope they disabled hopper griefing though

No, hoppers were disabled for hopper looting, meaning putting a hopper below locked chest and getting the contents of it from the hopper. Now it apparently is impossible.

 

Hoppers are enabled and we finally have the plugin so they can't be placed next to locked stuff?! AWESOME!

I did a test, Hoppers are 100% placeable on Non-Locketted thingys.

 

So it works only on the non locket chest?

I used to do farming and all that, now I have tried to make my island pretty.
