Can't connect to the website with my computer

    If you're using Avast Anti-Virus it's being really buggy with the Skyblock forums because when I turn on my AV it doesn't allow me to connect to the forums and I also heard other people uses the same av as me but they can connect to the forums. If you're using avast disable it for 10 minutes and try connect to the forums again.

    I've also looked at the forums and everything is still the same, nothing has been added for at least a month or two so it's just avast being really buggy. I'll probably have to contact Avast and get them to fix it as I can't do anything at my end.

    Yes I let the whole server know once to turn off shields if they want to use skyblock.net. I used skyblock.org for a while but got sick of it.
    Here is basically how to turn off shields to access the forums easy, and everything is ok.
    Find this little symbol which is your avast icon on the system tray

    yours will not have the x in it yet :p
    If its not visible use the little arrow to find it :)
    Then all you have to do is right click it and find the option that says " avast! shield controls, then chose disable for (I use until next restart, but you can chose 10 minutes, and hour or whatever you want: except permanently).
    Then you will get a screen that makes sure you are performing the action in case malware is trying to turn off your shields, then click yes.

    And you will be able to use the forums again.
    General guide to anyone who needs to use the forums but cannot uninstall avast for whatever reason

    I only disabled the website scanner and it works. So my files still protected, it's even better :)
