So I guess I downloaded this "virus" and I went to the Add Or Remove Programs to delete it, and I might have accidentally removed a very important thing that I need on my computer and every time I try to log onto Minecraft it says this sad I tried clicking on the Fix the Problem and I really don't understand it. Maybe you guys that are computer geniuses can help me! Thanks ~Tribble
Hm I have had this problem before. I know how to update graphics drivers too. Erm but Im on my phone. Go to. Settings>Display(Something like that).>Just play with it from there as I cannot remember what else to do. If this doesnt work I am sorry. Also to update graphic driver. Once it opens a tiny window about your graphics driver there would be 4 tabs. Click on either the 3rd or 2nd tab and a button will say something about updating at the bottom. Do that. I tried so if this doesnt work, sorry.
Well download Spybot Search & Destroy, at least that is what my friend recommended for me a while ago. Then scan your system.
Okay been awhile since Ive used a windows 7 (Heh 7) Anyway Im sure there is a start button in the bottom left corner. Pull that up. First search Display and hit enter. If not type setting.
I had the same problem. I clicked the fix the problem, and filled out a bunch of details somewhere, and it worked.
Not sure how I ended up here but whatever. What we do every time Whippy breaks something involving drivers: 1. Find out what graphics card you have. It should say somewhere on the side of your pc/laptop or in the paper stuff that came with it, I don't know. Or if you click the start menu (bottom left corner of the screen) then Control Panel, it might be really obvious in there. Mine has an NVIDIA option in the Control Panel so our graphics card must be NVIDIA 2. Google the name of your graphics card with "drivers", see if you can find the official website. Most good graphics card companies have a website where you can download or update the drivers for their kit for free, because people manage to lose/break their drivers all the time, and no one keeps CD copies of install software anymore. 3. Try to find somewhere on the official website that says "downloads" and then try to find the correct drivers for your exact graphics card (e.g. mine's by NVIDIA, but then it says "Geoforce [bunch of numbers]" and that's the specific graphics card we have). If all else fails just try downloading one with a name that looks similar to yours. Make sure to download for Windows 7 and get the right one for 64x or 32x (you can find which you need by going to Start Menu, Control Panel, System, it should say in there somewhere). Then download and install the drivers and see if that solves anything. Hope that helped in some way x
After a lot of attempts it took me to a page where you filled in a bunch of details about your pc. After that it worked.
