I'm aware of this appeal, I'm reading through the volume of your misdeeds on the servers and it's pretty darn long, so forgive me if it's taking a while.

 

Since you seem to have so much time and for my sanity, why don't you start with listing your previous offences and appeals?

Once again I don't think you're taking this very seriously, hint: smiley faces and loose words like "mean things" don't communicate seriousness

 

Im not sure if I said it in the report or to pein in PM, but if I did say it in m report, I do tend be be quite sarcastic at most times. Its just who I am, an that is something that I dont even want to change.

As for me saying "mean things", Would you have rather me quotes exactly what I said? I didnt know how else to phrase it so that was just what seemed to fit best.

As for my offences, Ill give a general description for each server.

Forums:
No previous bans that I can remember, other than a requested one. I think thats right. correct me if im wrong.

Net:
Chargebacks
Greifing McBird, was an accident, I had a hack client on and accidently activated nuker.
scamming
scamming again
alt scamming
disrespect(Banning mod admitted it was incorrect though)
looting(mistake fixed through PM)
Banned for being unbanned
also banned for being unbanned
an a 3rd ban for being unbanned(D-Ninj didnt get the message, Cyp was unabanning me and Ninj kept goin)
minecart Hopper looting
And then the most recent disrespect temp ban.
be since about april, Ive been a good player on net and forums for the most part.

Org:
Just got my first ban, dox threats, even though they werent dox threats, Read the appeal(s) for more info if you'd like.

Hellblock:
Greif, I broke a glass block, And admitted to D-ninj. He forgot to RB and Cissa banned me later on

another hopper minecart looting(technically incorrect ban, but Still took a while to resolve)
And Im not sure if its happened yet, but Chargebacks, I just charged back on HB, so yeah.
there might be 1 or 2 more, but I cant remember.
Edit:I just remembered another. It was for having locks removed from chests on my island. Definately incorrect)

Edit: Sorry that I cant get you actual appeals. Im kind of restriced in the ammount of time I have online, so I cant necicisarily look through the forums to find some of my appeals. and quite a few of my bans were solved out of forums. And sometimes, my appeal would be denied but I would still get unbannd because I would talk with that mod out of forums and they would end up unbanning me. TroycarZ is an example.

 

I'd class them as severe death threats at best, and/or DoX threats, which are illegal IRL and on the forums respectively.

If the list is too long for even you to remember, I'm actually impressed at your audacity for requesting this unban.

If you're unable to even see where you went wrong this time I don't see why you should be unbanned given your history and impenitent attitude.

I cant seem to understand why you cant grasp that no threat was actually made. Me saying "I hope so-and-so dies" is a Wayyyyyyyyyyy differant than me saying "If so-an-so doesnt to this, then Im going to kill them" or saying "Im going to kill so-an-so." They are two completely different things. So they werent death threats. That part is for sure.

Doxing wasn't even mentioned in the messages sent to Jennie, and just FYI, Doxing is only illegal IRL when it reveals credit card information, Bank accounts, or social security number, Otherwise its just called "googling a person" which, is completely legal otherwise google would be in quite a bit of trouble.

I have been a good player on the server for the last few months. I havent caused much trouble, Ive made a couple new friends. Hell, playing on these servers has actually helped me socially Irl. My confidence has gone up, My social skills have increased, and Im just much better all around. My list or wrongs may be long, but im a good person if you get to know me. Ask any of my friends, If you want a trustable example, ask AmazingGraceGirl , She is one of the best and most respectable mods that I have seen on this server in a long while.

Im sorry that what I said to Jennie on skype offended you or hurt your feelings, I truly am. If you would please allow me to come back on the forums, I would be very grateful. Im also sorry that I may seem to not be taking this too seriously, Its just how I seem to talk, I dont do it on purpose.

He's been unbanned too much in my opinion.
I won't pretend to know anything about most of his appeals and offenses, but as someone looking at all this with fresh eyes, I think he's run out of second chances.

 

I've just come back from school, and during school, at lunch and during passing periods, I asked a couple mates of mine if saying that you hoped someone would die would be considered a threat. Some said yes, and some said no. But none-the-less it was a terrible thing for me to do. And I am sorry that I even said it.

Ok, So I just re-read all of the messages that I sent to Jennie the day of the ban, and though no doxing was mentioned(I dont even know how to dox btw), Keylogging and taking of accounts were. I am sorry for that, It wasnt good of me to even mention. Though I did say I wasnt going to, I guess me just saying it just made the situation worse. Sorry for that as well.

 

I know it wasn't directly mentioned in the screenshots, but do you understand that DoXing in the context of Skyblock is not permitted? Even in real life, collecting the entirety of someone's digital information is creepy at best, and certainly illegal if used for any purpose without their permission, even if just posted online.

Are you really claiming that you don't know how to DoX?

Also you're lying when you said that you said you didn't mean it, in face Jennie clarified, and you confirmed it again.

If you really want to have any chance at being unbanned I suggest you start by editing the title and original post to reflect the true magnitude of your actions.
