    There is no definite solution, I literally refuse to update to 1.8. My source blocks look fine and as long as I can see them Im all good.

    The only thing I can actually think of is having the warp where you can trade current source blocks for new items, not necessarily 1.8 items but other items that are only obtainable throughout creative mode.

    I would like to keep water,lava,and fire blocks rare so we can still trade them for alot but one thing to think about is sponge

    sponge is already in game and it's also illegal to trade so that's not really an option, but maybe we could think of other things.

    The mods said rhey can change the texture of the used to be source blocks into what they looked like before

    right now they still have different block IDs but I heard from some people that when the server changes to 1.8, the block IDs will be assimilated as well, so there will be no way to distinguish between what used to be a fireblock and what was always a flint and steel :(

    Well, hopefully our ShopKeepers plugin on skyblock.net updates before the server updates to 1.8, so we can trade in our source blocks for other goodies :)
