Now, in response to joecobo 's Post on my previous appeal. "
The context in which you used "DoXter Red" renders your argument invalid. Look at the first attached picture. You clearly had the intent to inflict damage to the moderators of this server. "No good reason" for your mute? You were arguing with several moderators in global chat, and told me to "stop making up crap." We have more that enough evidence to prove that your mute was well deserved.

At no point did you ever say you were trading a Minecraft account code. Look at the second attached photo. Xmagicgamerx asks in chat if anyone wants to buy an alt account. Look at the third attached photo. You ask him how much, then if it is an account or a code. At that point I tell both of you that that trade is illegal. You clearly ignore me and ask what the username is. You still had interest in performing an illegal trade after a mod told you it was not allowed. This proves your second argument to also be invalid.

Just because "Doxter Red" (Not me btw) Is coming for u with the full force of the doxters and their allies still doesnt mean that they are necisarilly gonna do anything illegal.Note: Its whitehat september. Any respectable computor person/hacker shouldnt do any black/greyhat activity(Bad stuff) during this month. Im not saying they wont, Im just saying that they seem like a respectable group. Ive talked to a member of them once, an I know their reasons. They deserve some respect. So My arguement isnt invalid. In no way does what I said mean that they were going to dox anyone. Or me for that matter. I dont even know how to dox.

Also, you can check chat if you dont beleive me" I said that the selling of a made account was illegal, but that selling a giftcode was not" So stop selecting random parts of chat to prove yuor point. Show me all the Chat between You andrew and I when the arguement took place. Then if nothing is said about gift codes being the legal form of minecraft account trade. Ill just go ahead and quit.

Editing in one last thing for this. Yes Joe, I didnt think you could actually see it. Just because I hoped you could, doesnt mea that I thought yo could. Ive said things while muted on .net before. Didnt get banned for disrespect. Even after saying some pretty disrespectful things.

 

I would just like to say in that photo of DoX threats you were targeting the server not just one specific person. Which that is even worse. Also Joe and Andrew both told you to just listen and stop talking about it. As you kept talking about that and decided to rant in global chat, I muted you. Even if DoXter red isn't you this is a huge deal. One reason: Any form of DoX threats is illegal. Even if the group isn't you it is still very bad. You realize that what you did isn't so easily forgivable.

 

Im still not seeing any actual threats. And what I said was, and I quote, "Doxter Red is coming for all of you" That is targeting a specific group of people. And to be more specific, because it was my message, it was meant for the mods. which can bee understood from context clues from my previous messages.

Also like to add that it wasnt actually a dox threat. Though I was told that Doxter Red was coming for you, I was later explained to, by a friend(this friend knows Doxter red) that when Red Sent him the message to tell me, he had meant that he was indeed going to log on and try and reason with you all first.

Why would you even think it's okay to do that in the first place. Even if they couldn't hear you it is still big. Because you would've done the same in global.

 

I would have sworn in global chat? No, I wouldn have. I had never been banned on org and had never planned too. Mods misinterpriting a message that wasnt meant to be seen isnt what was intended.

 

Even if it wasn't meant to be seen it was. It is still considered a DoX threat no matter what seen or not seen.

 

Ok lemme get this straight. You mean to tell me you have a friend who knows a guy named doxter red. You said that "doxter red" was coming for me, and later you received a message to tell us that he was coming for us.

First off that is terribly incoherent and difficult to understand. From what I can tell you supposedly delivered a message, and then received a message to deliver, that you had already delivered.
I don't believe this one bit. You just keep making these crazy unrealistic stories, trying to twist the story, so it looks like you did nothing wrong. Oh and your mute happened not even 25 seconds before your ban, so I don't see how you couldn't have talked to 2 people and delivered a message in that much time. What you said was clearly threatening to DoX. You can twist it anyway you want, but it won't change.

I'm going to let Andrew have his input on this before we decide.
