I read the rules, just not exactly the exact details...
I know i was banned because I put Looting III onto a chest and auctioned it.
I believe this was an incorrect ban because before I banned, I was issued no warning. The only warning I got was from the chat from people telling me it was illegal. I didn't know that and I didn't do it again; however, I was banned without a warning (such as a kick).
I was banned on Skyblock.net for having Nodus installed; however, I had it disabled.
I think I should be unbanned because of the abuse that Jelly issued! He simply did not give me warning in chat, nor did he issue a kick and he outright banned me and my friend that was trying to reason with him. I donated good money to this server and I believe that it is unfair to be banned without prior notice.

 

I did not abuse my power. You simply didn't follow the rules. Also if people were saying it was illegal in chat, common sense is to cancel the auction.
Donating to the server will also not help you get unbanned.
Tell me, why did you think it was okay to not cancel the auction after people told you it was illegal.

 

I did not know it was a rule to add the enchantment and I didn't even think about canceling the auction. I did deserve some kind of warning, however, because I do find it unfair that I was not issued one. Jelly, I am sorry for what I did and I feel as if I should be issued another chance.

 

Give me a good reason on why you should be unbanned.

 

Because, I understand what I did was wrong and I was about to ask the buyer if he wanted a refund. However, I was stopped by a ban.

 

Then why is it when I came on that you were never asking anyone for a refund?
All I saw in chat was this, you saying inappropriate things.


Also lying in your appeal will get you nowhere.

You call doing something illegal joking? You don't joke around when doing something illegal. Why was it not a joke? Because you can't give items with illegal enchants to donor25 and below. This does include auctioning because it was open to everyone.
Give me a truthful paragraph on why you would like to be unbanned.

 

No, I was not joking when I was doing the illegal action. I was just playing around with the guy because I can, this Minecraft not a government. I did not know that I could not give below Donor25 items with one enchantment, Another mod told me that it was only illegal if it was fully enchanted. I now understand what I did wrong and I would like to be unbanned.

 

First you are joking and now you are not?

And also any items with an unlegit enchantment on it is illegal.

HERE'S WHAT I DID:
I sold a chest with a Looting III enchantment on it.
I feel like I should be unbanned because I really didn't do anything entirely wrong. It was a chest with one enchantment on it. I mean seriously, ONE ENCHANTMENT THAT DOES ALMOST NOTHING. If you want me to fix my problem (which I'm assuming you either a.) Did -OR- b.) Did not) then unban me and I can have everything back to normal in no time. No offence but you seriously have been acting like a jerk to me throughout this entire conversation.
Also, concerning you age, I'm assuming you are a younger individual because an older one would:
1. Know how to talk formally and respectfully
2. Actually tell me how old they were because they weren't ashamed of it
3. Know how not to overreact
That was as truthful as I could have been, so I would like to be unbanned now.
