I was on Minechat, waiting for a player to arrive. We agreed to meet up at this exact time. And now for whatever reason, I've been temp banned for 2 hours.. This has happened to me before a long time ago and got no explanation for it.
The server probably mistaked you for flying. When that happens the Console automatically bans you for 2 hours. Happens to everyone.
Nope, there are ways to minimise it, for example you can avoid logging out on half Slabs, or avoid moving quickly in areas that are lagging or loading up
When you log out on half slabs minechat causes you to levitate slightly, which the server will mistake for you flying, unless you type /fly if you have that command. So another way is to type /fly or /home quickly so you dont get banned. Any 2hour bans, if you know for sure you havent done anything wrong will be console bans. Just inform a mod when they can lock this
