You're taking it out of context that's why. He continued to say it in chat while I asked him to stop more than once, It's not abuse, If a mod asks you to do something you listen. We tell you these things for a reason. We are here to make sure the server is a well balanced community.

Ok so there are 2 different things here so the first one , is roblox and I kicking you for saying "black people " & "white people" and the second one in the temp ban made by dew .

So the first one : You were kicked for saying "black people" and then "white people" . For me and for Im sure many others this is not a racist but as Kerahna said :

This could be offensive to some people and thats why the kick msg was " Could be taken as racism " .
Therefor there is nothing to argue about here .

Now into the second problem (Dew's temp ban)
Once again , The comment itself was not racist but it could be taken as racism by younger kids and more than the actuall msg itself , it was the fact that minataur didnt listen to the moserator and decided to continue with the msg . No matter what mods say , you should listen to them , if you dont agree , tell them , maybe ask another mod but if I understand he kept typing the same msg ? ..
If this is correct , a temp bann was deserved in my opinion as he should of listen to the mod .

 

This is not racism one bit, a lot of people these days think everything is racist, for example if I was trying to describe someone I'd say "Yeah that white guy or yeah that black guy or even mixed race guy", they're like "RACIST"...I really don't see how this is racist, I'm trying to describe the person, I'm not saying "I don't like black people", because then that's racist, some people need to get the right definition of racism.

I kicked you twice. First you said black people, then you said white people, and I kicked you both times because saying both can be seen as racism to some players, and I have been getting multiple complaints of donors and non donors being racist, vulgar and rude.

 

I wasn't part of this particular incident, so I don't want to get too involved, but this is the definition of 'racist'.

Saying 'black people' is targeting a certain group. The world shouldn't be divided, and saying only 'black people' creates a divide between those of whom aren't black and those who are. Ofcourse, that's not what the definition for racism is, but it doesn't mean some people won't find it offensive. Why did you feel the need to say black people? If you didn't feel there was a divide you would have never even thought about saying it.

I don't understand why they would kick you when you say "black people" but do nothing when you say "white people" :/

 

I may as well throw in my 2 cents and lock this thread before it gets out of hand. Either way, this thread isn't even needed and this "test" you planned.

Saying "Black People" Isn't racist in my opinion but other people will find it racist because it's their opinion. Everyone has a different opinion. Just because your opinion on those 2 words aren't racist doesn't mean everyone else's opinion is the same as yours.

I also don't understand why you even needed to say "black people" in the chat..
