Hello Skyblock.net Staff team,

In-game Name: "Buuble"
Exact ban message: "Scamming/Staff disrespect. Appeal at skyblock.net -Akrill"
Rules: I didnt read the rules. It not needed. The rules are on all server like the same (no capslock, Spam etc.).
Reason: "Scamming/Staff disrespect." §Rule2 and §Rule5
Had you a ban before? -No. I dont like it to get banned (depends on the server.). I just report people. But when the server is small and bad I have no problem to be banned.

Because §Rule14 sais that Mods can only ban with evidence. (The mods can only ban with a specific reason, not because they felt like it. A mod can get demoted if they break this rule! There is about a .001% that they can mess up, but it is very rare, and it is usually accidental (ex: Logs record wrong person). The excuse of a friend doing the thing to get you banned or your account being hacked (rare to start) does NOT qualify for this. Your account is your responsibility, and the mods CLEARLY say it in the guide to a good ban appeal. They always need a reason to ban!)
I wanna see the Evidence.
I scammed someone and then a Moderator asked me why I did that. I was afk and came back and got kicked. Then I came back on the server and answered. After some time he asked again, I didnt answered again because he got already a answer. A bit later he spamed me. Then I ask if he is to stupid to watch the chat, and that he is just a bad mod. Cant watch the chat and start to spam then.
[...] Then he banned me.

The fact that you didn't respond and kept on building gave me reason to make sure you would see my messages.
When people are online and I can question them it feels like such a waste to ban you straight away and then wait for you to appeal.
(For the record, you weren't afk when I talked to you first. You kept farming and bonemealing while looking up from time to time. You also moved around and jumping to chests, opening them and looking around.)

I did nothing but watching the chat to see if you would reply, so I'm not sure what you were doing there.

You said you came back on the server and answered. You did not reply to me in a message, since I would have seen it.
I can not guarantee seeing and replying to messages sent in the general chat, since I have socialspy enabled (increasing the speed of the chat on my part).

 

Then go to %appdata% and .Minecraft and then the folder Logs. Then go to the 27.8.2014 and open the text file. You will see that i answered.
