The messages you see to jennie were not directed to blaq. they may have been about them, but he was never intended to see them. those messages were sent to a friend in confidence and had been a tool to vent through. I never would have said something like that to blaq. Just angry about the dumb ban that I needed to say something, so I said it to a friend.

You messaging Jennie that completely scared her to the point that she is now worried for her own account safety!
What kind of person says that about someone even to their friends? Literally, Jennie was freaking out.

 

Ive explained to her my morals before. She knows I am not going to keylog someone's passwords because of a ban. If they had done something ridiculous like take my money, or hurt someone I care about, then I would go to extremes. But these were just words. Though I dont say it, and dont show it. The Forums are my home. If you had suddenly gotten yanked from your house and dropped on the side of the road , you would be angry and you would say some stuff that you dont mean.

 

I didn mean to sacre anyone, I just wanted let out a bit of frustration because of the ignorance of most of the mods. I got banned as I was typing a message to you in the PM, and I couldnt send it because I had been banned. I asked all the mods and they say blaq did becaus eof the report, when the report was supposed to be handled by you.

 

I would curse to myself and vent silently. I talk to my friends about other topics to get the thing out of my mind. If you want any even slight chance at an unban you must realize you've a serious apology to make to blaq and jennie for what you said.
Honestly, I don't even think blaq will want to respond to this, but blaq and Supermonkey000

 

blaq, though you'll prolly never see me say this again, and I wont admit to it even if there is the solid evidence, I would like to apologize for wishing you and your loved ones harm. I never really thought you would see those messages, or even know about their existance, but they did, and Im sorry they did.

Jenny, Im not 100% sure what Im supposed to apologize for, but i guess im sorry for scaring you? otherwise, I dont know what to be sorry for... But yeah Soz.

 

What I don't think you realize is that blaq is my friend, as well as you, What you said made me fear for my own family to see such vile things coming from a friend about a friend, so I posted it in a mod chat so Blaq could see and Dewmellon happened to have banned you for it, As it was disrespectful and completely out of hand.

I dont really think the hidden content is needed. What I said isn't a secret. What you're saying about me shouldn't be one either.

Also, I just want to point out that what I said was said on skype. As most people may notice is that skype is not skyblock, nor hellblock, nor the forums. Though what I said was indead a bit disrespectful, If I had said it to almost anyone else on my contacts list, blaq would've never known and I wouldn have gotten perm forums ban. Though I have seen a ban for something on skype before, It was by Cyp, and it was an extreme case. Plus, Cyp is basically the god of the server. He can do almost anything he wants. But my point is that Skype isn part of skyblock. IMHO, I shouldnt be banned for sayying something on skype.

Right now, if I wasnt banned, and I went to Supermonkey, said some words that scared her. Would I get banned on forums? Probably not.

 

Generally, it would be fine if you saw some of the discussion, but it's also to keep other players eyes out. The appeals section is a public place after all. Also, deliberation between multiple mods involved in a case tends to be kept more hush hush until a decision is reached, like how the jury is asked to leave the courtroom, except we can be hidden in the court room without being heard.

I'm still leaving this case to blaq, but I will note something in regards to what you said about how what you said was over skype:
You may have said it in confidence over skype, but you are held responsible for what you say after it reaches the persons ears. If you wrote what you said in a notepad, and said pad fell out of your possession (or a friend, in this case Jennie, found it) and it ended up in blaq's hands (again, sort of how it did here, Jennie got scared and shared it with him out of concern), he could turn it in to police as a threat against his family and himself. The same can be said if any of your other contacts brought it to our attention if you had messaged them.
Just because you said it somewhere we don't have jurisdiction doesn't mean it's ok. If you murder someone in Texas and then head to Kansas, Texas will still prosecute you when/if they get their hands on you. (Lots of analogies today.)

Regarding the hidden content: I was asking for other mods' opinions on the case, since I was obviously not the only target. Given your long standing history with the server, and your likely involvement in DoXing and other unsavoury activities, I felt it best that leaving their opinions in [!hide] was the most prudent course of action.

Having read through your posts above, it is clear to me that you do not yet grasp the gravity of the situation, nor do you appear penitent or show any signs of. I want you to take a week to think this over carefully, and reappeal showing me that:

1) You actually understood the severity of your actions
2) You are actually penitent
3) You'll NEVER do anything like this again, including any illegal activities or activities which break forum rules.
