Shouldn't this be in Suggestions? ._.

But this is the economy it takes more than one person to change it all.

There really can't be anything to change the economy, it's in the power of the players that trade. Thus, inflation and deflation are in the trader's hands and greatly depend on supply and demand. Prices can only be lowered when there's a higher supply, donors get their kits everyday. Diamond prices are already slowly going down. All you need is patience.

It's the players that change the price of items. Not noobcrew ._.

As stated before, ores are illegal .-.
Also, we can't just say "Fireblocks are worth 20 diamonds now"
Nobody is going to sell them for that.
The economy is player created, and player sustained.

The reasons the prices are so high now is because people try and estimate the number of items in the game. Then they make up high prices based on what they want, and people just go with it. So when I got my first beacon it was 27 diamonds. But every so often people would ask for 30. Then more people thought that was a good price to get more diamonds and so goes up the prices. Its players fault that the prices are so high. Take this for example, people think grass is rare now because you cant get 10 or 11 at once from /ma j
But in actual fact donors get a lot more grass than diamonds. But yet people assume that instead of 1 diamond for a stack of grass, its 2 diamonds.
Nothing in the economy really changes drastically, just people made diamonds worth less and rares then now cost more diamonds.
Im old fashioned maybe, but there was no need for the prices to soar. People made up the system and now its all messed up. try tell someone that paid 40 diamonds for a beacon that it worth 20 diamonds. See why its impossible to go back? You either donate to get iron, diamond and things, or build a simple island with basic farm-able materials. Sorry this wont happen as long as players remain greedy and rares stay the goals of many

Every day, $400 donors get 4 diamonds! There are about 20 (I think) $400 donors! This means that just from them, 80 diamonds are introduced everyday! There are the probably 100 (just a guess) Skygods getting 3 diamonds. This is another 300 diamonds being put into the economy! There are then maybe 300 $100 donors meaning that another 300 diamonds are put into the economy! That's 680 diamonds a day. This means that the value of diamonds lower as there are so many. When I first joined skyblock in March/April, 1 diamond was worth 32 grass! Now they go for as cheap as 20 grass. So you should just wait a while and in about a 6-12 months, I would guess, they might be going for as low as 10 grass. There are then all the other donor kits introducing another probably 2000 grass every day!

Thanks for reading this but I'd be surprised if you read all of it :p

Disclaimer: The amount of donors there are is just a guess :)

Also, I didn't write this in my last post, you need to work for diamonds. You need to be active in game. If you are a non donor then it might be slightly harder but the point of skyblock is that you don't start off with riches.

I highly doubt 100 different skygods come on everyday and use their kits ;-; Maybe 15 at most.
