Go to settings then options then hot keys. Then there should be an add button. I don't fully remember it since I'm on my phone atm.

Ok Ive followed this video and everything is fine up to 59 seconds of the video, where he clicks:
Plugin Hotkey > Soundboard > Push

But, when I do it, it looks like this:
