I am new to this but it's really fun, and I was wondering if this would be a good starter pack: Defender Strike AEG Airsoft Rifle & Pistol | d***'S Sporting Goods
Webpage not available. I've done a couple airsoft events, one consisting in 32v32 (we won ) Here's what I used: Sniper, Assualt Rifle, and Shotgun (secondary)
Depends if this is your first time, how big the event is, etc. If it's just a couple friends, this is okay. If it's actual completitive, you'll need more firepower.
I had a few. Got shot in the eye on my last game a year ago and that was the end of airsoft xD. I was using an M14 Carbine rifle with hologrpahic site
too lazy to press the link hue but im guessing its some sort of shooting game, i only done paintball xD
Airsoft is similar to paintball. They use replica weapons that are usually powered via battery or gas to fire plastic BB's, in a war game type scenario. I've played both, paintball is far more my interest. I've spent a fair chunk of change on my gear, and I believe Airsoft can cost just as much for good quality equipment.
Add to Cart I saved up for 3 months to get this... But its awesome. When I got it I spray painted it red tiger and now its like the coolest thing on Earth.
I've played Airsoft once and paintball once. I have to say I liked paintball better, but I never bought my own equipment, so idk
I've been playing for around five years. I post a lot of my games on Youtube, just search for Beaver2206. The gun you've listed will get you started, though for $100, there are some great second hand deals out there. Rules are different here in the UK. You can't even buy a gun until you've played at least three games in two months. Then you are awarded a UKARA licence number which means you can purchase guns. I am currently shooting an M4 Knights metal body kit with V3 Polarstar Fusion engine (HPA rig system). Airsoft is a total money pit! You'll always want to spend more. This current rig came in at just over £1000, but worth every penny! Let us know how you get on.
