As Some Of You Know We Can Not Make Are Precious Anvil's Private.(By Put A Sign On Them)
A Couple Of Times People Have Gone Out Of My Trading Room And Found My Anvil And Used It.
For Me This Is A Concern Because I Don't Want People Taking My Anvil Because It Cost Me 31 Iron.

You can private most blocks you can place signs on. To do this simply place a fence gate under the block, and a sign on the block. When you place the sign write [private] (in square brackets). It should then let you lock the block, and you can even remove the fence gate and it will remain private. This is the technique I use for protecting spawners, however it might not work for an anvil as an anvil may fall when the gate is removed, however, you can do the exact same thing with a trapdoor, so it doesn't matter.

You put a trapdoor next to it and then put a sign with [private] on the top line. You then do the same with the block below it. I think you can then remove the trapdoor but I'm not sure.
