Ok, so I got minechat recently. But it's not working. I get put in spawn when I join and even if I left the game on my island, as soon as I join the minechat version of the server, I get teleported to spawn, where I cannot do /home or talk. Can anyone provide help and/or explain why it's like this please?

 

Where you spawn you are not able to speak so you will need to get a moderator to tp you out.

 

Or you can be the leader of your coop. so when you spawn, you're at ur island

 

It's to prevent advertisers at spawn I think

 

I'm talking about if he is already there.

 

if your a coop leader, you will spawn wherever you log out, otherwise you will be sent to spawn no matter what.

 

It sounds nooby, but how do I do that if I can't MSG them?

It sounds legitimate so I can't argue at that

There should be a thing in the minechat settings saying 'spawn on login' or something, just turn that off.

 

They do this to stop spam bots. In minechat settings there is a setting that says "Spawn on login" set that to off

 

Before you log off on your computer make sure you're not at /spawn.

When you've done that and about to go on minechat make sure you have the "Spawn on connect" setting off, like this.
