All over the keyboard and it spread to the back and inside of the computer and the keys are don't go down because they are super sticky.

My Consideration. Clean the back and keyboard first, take the keys out of the keyboard and put them back in, this may take a while, if that doesn't work, get a repair man, if he can't fix it sorry. Buy a new one.

I've heard that when rice isnt a viable option, people have used rubbing alcohol to clean out water/liquid damage. Obviously if it has already damaged internal components, getting the water out won't help at that point.

But If you're just removing the liquid and nothing has been damaged yet, I've heard you can take it apart and pour a (small) bit of rubbing alcohol; it is supposed to wash away the liquid, then evaporate. Useful to clean out sticky koolaid, then evaporate away.

Never tried it, but if the rice doesn't work, it may be a viable option. Even though you said "without taking it apart". It may be the only other option (unless you want to take it to a repair shop).

    Good Luck!
