But yes, in short.
In-game items for IRL money is illegal.
In-game items for upgrades is LEGAL.
Think of it this way.
If you get money from pixels on a screen, YOU are making money off Noobcrew's server.
If you get an upgrade from pixels on a screen, the server is still getting that money.
