5. What exactly did you do? (Rules broken, dates, coords, in-game accomplices) ?Well,I don't have coordinates.I griefed someone's island,but I forgot his full IGN.It started with NinjaTurtle.It was back in December.
6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty ?Because I am truly sorry for what I did back in December.I was new there and haven't read therules.If I still played MC I would try to fix what I did wrong.

What blocks did you break roughly?
You will need to place the equivalent in a chest, and post the co-ords.

 

Like I said before,I quit MC a while ago so I can't get the cords.I broke cobble,wheat and melons.That all the blocks I can remember.
