hello my friend who lives on my island with me got banned im not sure why but her username is soroa23 its boring on my island without her please can u do something?

Also, it would be easier for us if your friend could create her own appeal. What is preventing her from making her own?

iPod cannot currently take care of this appeal, so asked me to take over.

Your friend doesn't have access to a computer, as you have said, so will not miss anything while being banned.
The purpose of making a ban appeal is so you can understand what you have done, realise that it is wrong, and to come out of it, understanding the rules on a much higher standard. None of this would be learnt if she had a friend deal with her appeal.

On that basis, I am closing this appeal. Not denying, just postponing until soroa23 can do this herself.
