Hi guys, I know I JUST posted my Island Redo thread, but as soon as I posted it, my feeble mind with it's tiny corner of creativity spit something out! So read through this and try to imagine it. A cylinder, with a glass dome on top.. Made of futuristic looking materials, like stone and iron blocks. There are eight little domes around the big cylinder, all glass. There are passageways to each of the domes, and they each contain a different biome. And that's the idea. Obviously, I can't work on it until I get home (in a week), but I'm going to plan it out with great detail, and ask you guys for help. *cough* Donations *cough* So here's what I have so far. If I've counted correctly, each small dome should be 13 blocks in diameter. Like so. That could work as the Swamp Biome, I'm not sure. This is the layout, roughly to 1/2 scale. Which means every 1 block on here is 2 blocks in-game. I will see if I can donate anything, I'm a bit poor though so I might not be able to donate any valuables. I can do things like mushrooms, sugar cane, trees. Etc
make me a dome being hung at the bottom of the sphere by a chain and i will build ya a mini waste-lands ;-;
You could place each small dome on different levels, so you'll have more space between and each one could be bigger in size. And of course main cylinder may contain just a spiral stairs in it's lower part. Using half-sized blocks it's possible to build a spiral stairs with outer diameter 9x9 blocks (see picture for example)
I can donate some snow blocks and this sounds awesome - I think I'm gonna do something like this too!
You'd probably have to use a cobblestone generator a bit for building blocks. Donor 400 definitely wouldn't
